I bought a high end BOSCH dishwasher at the Brighton, Colorado Lowes. The salesman gave me a brochure that said there was an up to $300 rebate on installation. The dishwasher was delivered yesterday but when I tried to apply for the rebate online, my sales information wasn't accepted. I spend hours calling Loews Customer Service and rebate, BOSCH Customer Service and rebate. Each said it was the other's problem. I turned out that that particular dish washer actually didn't qualify for the rebate that had been handed to me. I finally went to the Brighton Lowes where I bought the dishwasher and talked to the store manager, Allegra. She understood that I was sold the dishwasher with the understanding of the rebate and refunded me the amount of the installation on my credit card. It's not often that you find a store that does the right thing like this for a customer.

The glass cutter named mike really helped me with one of my projects im doing in my home and he definently needs a raise for sure.

I had a dispute over the way a promotion was advertised. After being told I was correct about the price from the first associate, who unlocked the merchandise for me to purchase. Manager, Dale,was called to the customer service counter, informed me I was incorrect about the price, told me I needed to learn how to read, and I need to be a better example for my child.

Blanca was awesome in helping me locate an unusual plastic edge I needed for my project. Plus the fact she speaks Spanish is only making Lowes in Brighton the place to go for your home and project needs. Will be back.

Lowes needs to have electric wheelchairs with baskets for handicapped shoppers. If they do have them they couldn't be found.If I didn't have a family member helping me, I wouldn't be able to reach many items I needed. Employees are to busy to help.

Tried to get assistance today and one guy told another guy we needed something of a top shelf and the guy who was told we need assistance walks away so we thought he was going to get a forklift and after waiting and waiting we go to the front of the store again and the gal at the front is shocked that we hadn't gotten help. Then here comes the guy we thought was helping us chatting with another worker and he apparently had no intetention of helping us. He acted surprised that we were upset. So frustrating. We left. About half the time you can't get any help at this location.

The store is always clean and well put together. I don't feel packed like a sardine in between middle aisle displays when I'm hauling 12 foot lumber like a competitor of theirs. Everyone is helpful and polite everytime I am in.

Went to go buy a trailer and Erin went above and beyond to help me out. She provided such a great experience by helping me step by step with all the paperwork, she had a great attitude and provided an amazing customer service. Give this lady a raise for being a great part of your team.

Went in 2 weeks ago to buy a dryer. While making the purchase our phone number was asked for multiple times and we confirmed multiple times that we wanted to have it installed on delivery.On the first day we expected it to be delivered it never showed up. This was because they couldn't contact us because the phone number had been entered incorrectly and they couldn't contact us. Nor had they asked for an Email address that could have used as a backup method of contact.Figuring this out and rescheduling the delivery took more than an hour. Then today when the delivery finally happened we were informed that we hadn't asked for install or for the power cable.Calling back into customer service confirmed that, even though we had told the salesman multiple times we wanted the install, it had not been marked for installation.This whole situation has made me reconsider any future home renovation purchases with Lowes.
