Went in to get our car fixed and it wasn’t repaired they only made the problem worse and they won’t fix it to how it was originally, they won’t take accountability and they still charged us.

Found this shop after trying to remove a license plate security screw previous shop or owner had welded in place who does that ? Anyway this shop did a great job of getting it out and I had them replaced with regular bolts great shop and service the lady at the front was very helpful and pleasant I highly recommend thus shop .??

Terrible treatment of me, I took my car there for brakes and it remained the same, then I took it somewhere else and they told me that nothing had been done there, terrible treatment from the secretary who works there, unhygienic, while charging has its desk full of food and very disrespectful to customers!! Will she be the owner? Very haughty!! I'm never coming back...

I get my car inspected every winter to make sure my car is maintained and ready for the winter. They told me I needed something done and I decided to go to Magic Auto to get it fixed because of their unbeatable prices. When I left the shop my car started making loud revving sounds. My boyfriend checked my car and found my transmission fluid was drained and bone dry. I had no problems with my car before I went to magic auto. I’ve been advised they did this on purpose to get me to go back and spend more money. I bet they didn’t think their game would be exposed. I want the mechanics to pay for what they have done.Now I don’t have a car for a few weeks and will have to spend money to fix the transmission that never should have happened if I NEVER went to this shop. I regret coming here. Eventually one day I had to use my hazards to go to ANOTHER auto shop to fix what they did and it wouldn’t pick up speed and went up to 4000rpms when I would lightly tap my gas. Magic auto has to be the ONLY reason my car is having these problems. They should pay for me having to fix my transmission issues. I will never ever ever ever go back no matter the price. I've never had to use my hazards while having this car.I will say the I loved the receptionist and she was great to me but the mechanics were the problem here. I would give 1 star and gave a total of 2 stars for the receptionist. I hope they see this and understand they shouldn't play with people’s lives like this. All of this happened within the same week.I don't know what truly happened but my car is now going to be sold to a junkyard. Thank you magic auto.

Don't buy used tires from this dealer. Very bad tires, during the week of putting the truck the air went down on all of them.
Don't buy used tires from these guys. A week after installing on my truck, all the tires were low on air.
