Just got my ford back yesterday it looks AMAZING. Good as new, will definitely be recommending to friends and family, shoutout to Monica :) and everyone that helped get my car fixed. 10/10

Their body work is fine but when it comes to customer service or mechanical, i do not trust them. I brought my car in after an accident and left with the vehicle making more noise than before. They supposedly took the vehicle to a mechanic shop 0.5 miles away but my car was driven for over 60 miles. They report that my new 20k mile car is making the noise due to my brakes and rotors being worn. My car only makes noise at highway speeds, not when braking or at lower speeds. Very disappointed with their customer service, workmanship and problem solving. I know the noise is related to the accident and they are unable to assist with a resolution. Now i need to get a second opinion and pay out of pocket for this. Id go elsewhere.

Kaizen staff and customer service was amazing! They hire really wonderful personalities and I so enjoyed connecting with each of their staff members. My car looks great! I recommend them for all your autobody needs!

Large amount of hail damage was all repaired in a timely fashion and looked like brand new when we got it back.

Don’t take your vehicles to the terrible place!! My son took his pickup there for a small hairline crack in the back panel above the wheel well. Insurance wouldn’t cover the crack because they found it had previous damage. Went to pickup the truck and there was softball size two inch deep hole on the panel and they refused to admit they had done that damage! The lady said see yeah have a nice day and lied that she had pictures of when we brought it in. The insurance adjuster has the before pictures of the truck and they differently did the damage while at their business but told my son that is how he brought it in!! Also my son got it home and the cover on the back of the pickup is broke which was not when he took it in!! This place should not be in business! They are blatant liars and very rude! Do not take any vehicle you own there!

I had my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport in for body damage. I worked with Jay throughout the process. He was fantastic, certainly went above and beyond to make a painful problem hassle free. Communication on the repair work was consistent with the work getting done early and looking fantastic. Car was immaculate inside and out when I picked it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality auto body shop.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my car (2012 Ford Fiesta) serviced at Kaizen from a rear end accident. The staff are amazing and always helpful when sending updates on the repairs. The car was in and out so fast. The insurance company gave Kaizen a hard time when they sent in a damaged bumper to repair my damaged bumper. Anthony and I would definitely recommend them! 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not take your vehicle here! Unless you want a two tone vehicle.
Worst experience i have ever had.
They do not correctly match the paint. The paint they mix will have hughes of colors in it; that your original paint does not have!!
They mix your paint on site. It is not mixed correctly.
When you bring it to there attention, they get very defensive. Then tell you they will repaint it. After showing it to their painter on several occasions for him to be a no show. They will then try to back track by blaming their INABILITY to match your paint on your vehicle. Stating it was hard to see the true color. My car is a 2022. I am the second owner of the vehicle. My paint was far from hard to see!!!
Save yourself the heart ache of having a two tone car: and the stress of dealing with a company that does not know what they are doing.
