I would HIGHLY suggest this auto body shop.Anna was truly the most helpful person! From start to finish, she communicated very well. Explained all that was happening, and was very to the point.She was extremely courteous! I would HIGHLY suggest this shop to anyone who needs repair work done. My car looks brand new!Ryan, the new manager was very helpful, and even offered to return my rental car for me. Who does that? They’re on it at the place!

Poor customer service. Miranda reviews charges and has you sign total amount due Then runs your credit card and does not tell you she just added an additional 3% fee onto what she discussed with you. Staff tells you Sue manager will call you back and she does not when you discover the additional fee When you call to talk to her Sue she is always in a meeting or has stepped out. Shop states they know it is their mistake and will take care of it but then just says Sue will call you. Keep in mind they take no other form of pay so if insurance companies do not pay them directly you will get charged. After repair of vehicle safety lights on mirrors stayed on and had to return car to have fixed. Office staff very rude to me as a customer. Brenton who did car repairs is the only staff member who was nice to work with. I was never updated throughout process what was going on unless I called for an update. Had to bring back after taking home and then overcharged! I would definitely avoid use this place! I have been there years ago when they were owned by different company and this is definitely not the same place!Service: Body & Trim

I have nothing but good things to say about the kaizen shop, the customer service and repairs were top notch and look beautiful. Repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time, and I was updated frequently as to the status of my vehicle. I would highly recommend.

I didn't have a good experience with this location. They do not sand out the dust specks and buff the paint that normally occur during a paint job. I had to point out multiple issues to them, and ended up taking my vehicle to another Kaizen location to have it properly repaired.Services: Painting

Not a good place anymore, poor work. Pretty bad when you have to back 2 and 3 time for them to fix what they thought they fixed. I'm going to have to get car alignment done again cause it was never really done. Part was left in my tire that was balanced! My tire shop found that. Don't use them poor workmanship!

Great shop and super friendly staff. Responsive to all my requests and working with insurance. The shop isn't part of the Allstate network, but they were able to get me in for repair way before the Allstate shops. Work was quality and felt like I was well taken care of.

The staff that I dealt with were beyond words to describe. They were very friendly, professional, caring, and thoughtful, and the list goes on. When my truck was finished, except for hearing back from the insurance company, which was ignoring both Kaizen and myself, they (Kaizen) kept working on getting the final payment request from the insurance company like I was their only customer they had. Granted, it was my husband who finally got the final payment from the vice president of the insurance company after business hours were processed. From the first contact with Kaizen to my last (for this issue), I felt a sincere bond with them. I wasn't just a vehicle description or a number, I was a person and treated with respect throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Kaizen for all of your auto body needs. Five stars are not enough praise for this company!!

I had an accident and damaged my truck, and it had some pretty bad damage body wise. There was nothing mechanically wrong, just the body.I took it to Kaizen, based only on reviews I read since I was new to the area and didn't really know anyone to ask for a recommendation.The staff was super nice, they looked at my truck and set an appointment for me to bring it back in so they could get started. They arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and take me to the facility to get my rental on the day of the appointment.When I brought it back in, I had sent them the estimate from the insurance, which I thought was low. They told me their estimator would work with the insurance to get it right, and there was a substantial amount of damage and when they tore it apart, they might find more damage and would address it then.After I dropped it off, they kept me in the loop and updated me any time they spoke with my insurance. I actually feel they kept me more informed than my insurance. Over the next couple of weeks, they went back and forth with them over the damage and the correct way to repair it.In the end, I'm unable to testify to their actual body work quality, because the insurance decided the truck was a total loss after the info, estimates, and reasoning Kaizen did.I feel had I gone to another shop, they might have just repaired the truck haphazardly and sent me on the way. They could have pushed the limit, received more money, repaired what should have been totaled and sent me on the way. In the end, they made less money by insuring my truck was a total loss then had they just repaired it with some supplemental money from the insurance.To me, this shows they care about their customers and their reputation more than the money. My experience with them leads me to recommend them to anyone. I feel like they saw that to do the job right, in this case it was to show the correct course of action was essentially no action on their part.I hope I never need a body shop again, haha, but if I ever do, I know where I'm going. Thanks a lot, Kaizen!

I needed to get my car door fixed after a deer ran into it and I was pointed to mahnke by American family since they work directly with my insurance. I did not get great service whatsoever. The communication with the ladies there is terrible, when I had a question they'd tell me whoever was my coordinator was busy and they'd call me back but instead I'd receive a text. There was miscommunication regarding my window, first was told they were waiting on a glass vendor even though there was nothing wrong with it then it changed to the glass just needs to be reinstalled. I was also told they ordered all of the parts needed but then they told me they needed more parts and extended the time they needed my vehicle. When I went to go pick it up I dropped off my rental car on Friday and they didn't call Enterprise til Monday, leaving me to be charged extra money I didn't have to pay, luckily I called Enterprise and got it straightened out. I found my clear bra to my door handle in-between my front seat and center console and when I called I was told yet again I'd get a call back but instead got a text saying they forgot to put the clear bra on and I have to now go back in and get it put on. There is something that was sprayed on my windshield inside of my vehicle that was never wiped off, just left to dry on it leaving me to now clean it off. Awful customer service and I will never recommend this company to anyone .

My husband left a not-so-great review because repairs did take longer than expected. I don't think that he understands supply issues and how difficult these past few months have been.
