They fixed my A/C system and it’s been blowing cold ever since on my 2011 ram 2500 I’m happy with the service and they said if it goes hot bring it back in and they will reevaluate at no charge

I recently visited Meineke for a routine oil change and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn't try to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my car was ready in no time. I highly recommend Meineke for anyone looking for reliable and honest automotive service.

I have always enjoyed coming here and having my oil changed. But not sure if I will be back after yesterday. Nick helped me in the front and took care me. The only thing that really sucked was he didn’t explain everything to me or the prices. Or added my discount I had. That 100% is my fault for not asking or reminded him but you would think I would have been told. Just wish he cared a little more. But again like I said I would recommend them just ask for prices

Fair prices. Estimated price was about the same as I ended up paying, which was great. Friendly staff. Fairly quick turnaround. Feel like their work and suggestions were honest as well.

They were quick. My coupon included topping of fluids and such and lm not sure they did that, but otherwise lm happy and will keep going back as needed

Steve is always helpful in getting my cars needs seen to and telling the mechanics in the garage any special request I might have. The mechanics always do what needs to be done.

Nick at Meineke in Brighton took great care of me this week which is why this is the only shop I go to. They performed a multipoint inspection to ensure my suspension is in good working order.

This is the first time I’ve been to meineke and it was the best experience, thanks to the new manager Nick! He made sure I knew exactly what was going on the entire service. I love coming to this location now because of Nick! Absolutely love the customer service he provides! You know how we all feel when we walk into an oil change shop and Nick really changes that for me. I know I’ll be in and out and I’ll be told what is needed to be fixed but the best part is I know he’ll be honest about the services! Everyone should come here! Thanks again!
