Have you ever been somewhere customer service is so bad you will never go back? It's rare I find the need to go to Office Depot but the way their fedex employees treated my mom will make me never go back. I felt so bad for her when she told me how much lack of compassion and care they had for her (my mom has the biggest heart so it made me sad/mad for her). My mom went in to simply mail an important package. When she got to the desk and said what she needed to do the female employee turned the computer screen around and expected her to type out all of the shipping information (which is fine if you know your way around a keyboard). The female employee walked away while a male employee took her place at the counter. A line started forming behind my mom while she was scrambling to fill all of the needed information out. She gets to the end after some time has passed and realizes she put the sending and receiving information in the wrong locations. My mom was struggling and nervous, with a line behind her. The male employee offered no help and seemed as if he could care less how she felt or the line that had formed behind her (I felt really bad when she told me that). She had to awkwardly apologize to the line behind her, walk away from the line and went to UPS where they took care of everything! Office Depot show some care and compassion towards your customers, specifically the ones that need help.

So glad I had a human to help show me the replacement product I was looking for. Office Depot usually has what I need-I always start there since it can be a one stop shop!

I am an artist and often make prints of my work. The print shop at this particular Office Depot is... Well, it depends on who is making your prints. Actually, I will never use this Office Depot again! I had several broken bones in my back and cannot stand up for too long of a period of time. I asked the young lady behind the counter whose name was Alana to make prints on a certain machine because that machine always worked best for my artwork. She said "oh that one sucks the most "I asked her please do not scan it because I don't like the way the scans turn out. She refused both of these things. Then I went and got a chair and she called the manager over there. The manager said that I couldn't use that rolling chair. So she went and got me a really hard backed chair which was very uncomfortable. Anyway I was there for an hour and 45 minutes and only got one copy she was stalling for some reason she didn't even have any other customers!!! I would have complained to the manager, but the manager is now, Leslie, who, before she was the manager, told me that she would charge me one dollar a minute to get it, right(my prints) !! Leslie was always very rude to me when she worked in the print shop. Anyway, I will never use this store again. unfortunately, it seems like all the good ones don't work there anymore. I drive all the way to Thorton now. And I highly recommend that store. They truly want to please their customers there it seems like.

I ordered Christmas cards online and was sorely disappointed. The online process was difficult and not user-friendly. I received a text too early about them being ready. The woman behind the counter was rude about it and tried to help us by sending it to a different store since their cutter was broken (which was not mentioned anywhere).The pictures were never sent to the other store. And even though she did seem apologetic, she did not take off the price of the cutting as she mentioned on the phone, and when I picked them up, another lady was kind of rude about the cutting price too when I just wanted to get what I paid for. Now i have to cut them each individually.When I got home, I pulled out the photos, and every single one of them was distorted or had a line through it. Or was just bad quality, and I ended up crying. This was the worst christmas card experience i've ever had, and i've used this service five years in a row. Will not be using it again and will never recommend it to anybody again.

They were out of the McAfee Antivirus at the store was able to get the same price online delivered.

EASY IN & OUT. FRIENDLY, CLEAN STORE. I FIND WHAT I NEED WHEN I NEED IT. FAXES & COPIES ARE A BREEZE. I ALWAYS GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME.

Robbie took a mundane printer ink shopping experience and turned it into a fun and engaging experience. He knows his stuff when it comes to location of product and made me laugh many times during my shopping trip at the store.He went above and beyond.Thank you!

POOR MANAGEMENT / POOR WORK ETHICWent in to get 3 files printed. One was 2 copies back-to-back on 8.5 x 11 paper and laminated. The other was 1 copy cut down to 4x6 and laminated. Was told they could maybe get to it today.... REALLY? this is 3 pieces of paper laminated. Shouldn't take more than 5 - 10 minutes to complete.

Robbie the associate made my visit. Even though the product was high but now days everything has a high price but to fine an associate that loves his job and as a patron I can see it was fun to have Robbie work with me.

I visited Office Max to buy an office chair in Brighton. They had a great variety and prices to match. My associate's name was David and he was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. No pressure and was willing to answer any questions I had. Very professional.

Easy shredding services today. Two people helping me, which made things take a bit longer. I was serviced in between customers which I am not entirely sure why that went down.I waited my turn in line as well. Perhaps it would have been helpful to explain to me why I was both being passed off, and the other person was being served in the middle of my transaction. I am a reasonable customer. Definitely willing to wait my turn, be flexible, etc. However, when you call me up and tell me it's my turn, I do anticipate that I will be waited on start to finish or you will at least extend me the courtesy of letting me know why someone else is taking priority over me.When this doesn't happen, it seems rude and disrespectful. Why was that other person's time more valuable than mine? He arrived after me, was allowed to interrupt your serving me, without the courtesy of an explanation. This is poor customer service!
