We have lived in the apartment complex for about 9 months, and we have had a present stay so far. We have had no issues with other residents. In fact, all residents have been so nice and welcoming. The pool can sometimes get a little murky, but the staff here have been quick to clean up the pool. The complex is very nice compared to other apartments in Brighton for similar pricing.

I DO NOT LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I just want to thank everyone that has taken the time to write their review. I am looking for a new place and thanks to the reviews I will be skipping this place.

This is a decent apartment, however management is so passive aggressive in emails which I can understand but like others have said is pretty unprofessional. The parking is an absolute joke, when I first moved in I asked if I could just get a carport and they never got back and I reminded them and same thing. I pay 8$ for parking here, and it’s first come first serve there should be at least one spot near my home for my apartment without paying 50-90$. Not to mention they purposely made more carports than actual spots just so you have to suffer or pay 42 extra dollars for one.
Maintenance is amazing, so kind and if you do have any issue they will come fix it ASAP. It’s mostly quiet and you can hardly hear your neighbors if at all through the walls and floors. It comes with good in apartment amenities, and it’s well maintained very clean. I really only give 3 stars because parking is horrible and I despise it, I shouldn’t have to pay outrageous prices just to have a spot nor should I have to pay for parking when there is hardly any to begin with. Paying for guests is fine but for yourself in your own apartment? Lame.

Love the place, been a resdient for a year now and maintainance is always on time if called, manager is reachable and always adhere all the rules and policies which makes residence life lot better. I would recommend this place always, because of the management place has always felt secured

Look elsewhere unless you HAVE to live here! I lived here since April 2022. In that time I saw at least 3 different property ‘’’managers’’’ come in and out. Never felt like they cared much about the property and residents’ concerns. I always felt like I was perceived as an obstacle or a task when I came into the leasing office to express a concern. I only ended up living here when I moved from PA because they were the only place that wasn’t too grungy looking and every other place was way too expensive for how dirty and small they were.
I lived in a 711 sq. ft 1 bed 1 bath apartment with my girlfriend and cat for a 13 month lease. We typically paid ~$1,650 for rent. This included pet rent, water, and garbage. This does not include your electric, gas/heating, internet, and parking (which is awful if you don’t buy one of the registered spots for yourself)
management won’t give a hoot about your well being… They screwed up my rent total for months, and when I bring the problem up with the current “property manager”, CHARLENE, she handed me a itemized receipt of my rent total, and said she had an important phone call to take. So I tallied up my rent by myself, and showed them where THEY wrongfully added extra fees to my rent. It’d be wise to check your rent total if you end up living here! You never know if you’ll have the fortune of a recurring $50 fee for something that doesn’t apply to you, even though you’ve brought it to management’s attention countless times.
I know management can’t account for how trashy the residents are going to be, however I feel it is necessary to point out there’s a lot of trash in the area, and there’s always dog feces around the property. I feel like nobody walks their dog at any of the nearby parks, and decide it’s okay to leave their dogs outside on the balcony barking non stop. It’s incredibly noisy. I can’t leave my balcony door open for fresh air without hearing someone’s dog constantly barking, someone screaming, or blaring music. If you’re a lousy pet owner who views their animals as an accessory or patio furniture this is the place to be! To emphasize how bad this place is, there was a crime scene two doors down from me! They had to bleach the blood stains out from the stairs leading up to the apartment on the third floor where I lived.
I’m giving two stars because our apartment was cleaner than a lot of others we considered, and it’s out of management’s control regarding how trashy some people are, but the unprofessionalism here is awful. Would not recommend living here.

If you are looking for a place, DO NOT RENT HERE! They will rope you in with small deposits & trying to charge you for any little thing, once you decide to leave.
The front office people are never working, office is closed majority of the time. And if they are they do not help and are very rude. They do not pick up the phone. The pool is never maintained & barely open, if you have a maintenance issue, it won’t be resolved for months & they will walk into you apartment when you are not home(very unprofessional). It’s very difficult to find parking even when you pay for parking. They will lose your packages!
Do not waste your money I would not live here again.

Very Expensive for outdated appliances. Did a maintenance request about a month after moving in for some stuff to be fixed and the guy said he was going to fix it. Never got a call back or anything after that.

I went there for a SCHEDULED TOUR. The way I was greeted at the door by management was repulsive! They spoke to me as if I was a toddler and had no idea I was coming. It was very obvious they did not have their ducks in a row seeing as how they had no idea what type of unit I was looking for that I had specified in the tour request. They did not do a personal tour with me. I got no questions answered. And I absolutely refuse to pay the amount they were asking after I was treated like that!

Just moved in love my place, the staff is awesome and very friendly. My dog loved it too.
