20+ year customer of Polar Gas. We are supposed to be on automatic refills. They've neglected to check or refill our propane tanks. I called January 2nd to request a refill - both tanks were below 30%. Since then, we've seen the Polar Gas trucks drive by many times - but they don't stop at our house. Today is January 12th. When I checked our levels today, one tank is less than 5% & the other less than 15%. We are about to run out of heating fuel during the coldest spell of the winter - forecast is for 10 below for 2-3 days. This morning I made an online request for service & also phoned to beg for propane delivery. I was informed Polar Gas could deliver in 7-10 days, which is the same time frame they told me on January 2nd.So, I was forced to drain our water pipes (this took over 4 hours of work) & then shut off the propane so our gas tanks do not run dry. I'm headed to the hardware store to buy several electric space heaters. Because of Polar Gas, we now have no running water or gas heat in our home during this cold snap. We'll camp out in our living room. We are lucky to have an outhouse & wood burning stove. We are very unhappy & upset with Polar Gas.As I was typing this review, I received an email from Polar Gas: "Good morning Stephen,I will be more than happy to assist!It looks like the delivery is dispatched for today. As long as there are no emergencies or issues with the driver, we should be out today. Otherwise we will be out as soon as we can!Thanks,M"

I have been waiting since December 26, 2023, for my tank that I have rented from them to be filled after a repair,that also took about 3 weeks to be fixed and they say either today or tomorrow, every time.. that's what I have been told since last week !! Oh, if we don't have an ER leak, it will be filled, or I will have a manager check into it, and I will call u back .. Real bad service..

Polar Gas has always been very responsive. When gas ran low, the refill came lightning fast. The person on the telephone is always friendly, accommodating, helpful and efficient. Great company!

I dropped off 5 Propane tanks to get filled for my company, Took them Four weeks and multiple calls ONLY to find out the tanks were in the SAME spot I dropped them off COMPLETLY EMPTY. Will take my Business elsewhere from now on. Terrible Customer service and very unprofessional.

The most expensive propane supplier and will add a delivery charge every trip. I was a customer for 11 years. See ya later.$2.43 to 1.83 is a big difference.

We have only been with Polar Gas since October but have had a very good experience with Tina as far as setting up our account and getting our service started. She has been extremely nice and helpful. Our delivery guy (Keith) has been absolutely terrific as well and helpful in getting us the propane we need in a timely manner regardless of the weather. It is just reassuring to know if we get in a bind for product we are dealing with good people and a good company!

I’ve been using Polar gas for the last 6 years and have been very happy with my service. I’ve noticed a huge decline in service since the company was purchased ! This year I decided to pay for my winter propane in advance to get the best price. I’ve been calling to have my tanks filled for 2 weeks with no propane being delivered as of know. I’m at 15 % and we have been heating the house with wood to try and conserve propane. I’m very disappointed that I’m unable to get my tanks filled, especially after I paid them 3600$ in advance!

I tried explaining my situation with them on how I was on short term disability due to having twins. My propane tank is about 15% and I don't get paid till the end of the month. I asked them if they could fill it for me and charge my card the day I get paid. They have my card on file. They said they could not do it. And offered us to call Leep assistance, but that takes 2 weeks to get approved. So now as my family of 5 slowly run out of propane, they do not seem to have the heart or Decency to work with people in need and may run out. I would not recommend doing business with them.
