“I'm not a returning customer and I brought in a forklift tank to be recertified. The tank failed, but they essentially just gave me a used tank they had without making me buy a brand new one or setting up an account. Seemed like a pretty nice thing to do.”

There was a period of time when Polar Gas was acquired by Thomson Gas and we had unbelievable issues with billing. Time has passed, they have better integrated their systems, and they have actually turned out to be a great service provider. And they're always VERY friendly on the phone.
