I attempted to deposit a check that was made out to both my wife and I. Unfortunately we don't share an account but we both have separate accounts with Canvas for well over a decade. The teller was rude and said he would need his managers approval to deposit and asked my wife and I if there was any other bank we could go to deposit the check since they considered it third party. The check was from one of the biggest new home builders in North America and the amount was insignificant to what I already had in savings. After some arguing they did allow us to deposit it but insisted on a 7 day hold. Talk about making your customers feel like unwelcome criminals. Will be moving both my wife and mine accounts to a different bank after this experience. It's one thing to have policies but apparently there is grey area on when you choose to enforce them. My wife and I have done this at other locations throughout the years without any flak. Just ridiculous customer service.

I love this bank I've always had great customer service got nothing to complain about them! But for sure can you guys cut the front bush on the side closest to 85 my car is short and I have trouble having any sort of visual towards the upcoming traffic there have been two near accident I've had because of it. And how people are these days they be going crazy and honking at you all crazy just trying to prevent an accident and noisy people. Thank you guys!!

Can't say zero. Since Public Service became Canvas they have become the reason I left another bank 8 years ago. Soon we'll no longer be members.

Absolutely go out of there way to help you. We have financed two heavy duty trucks through them and the are amazing. Always answer calls and have answers to any questions that we have.

Not a good financial institution for a credit union, may as well change it to a bank, as that is what they act like, not a credit union. They are out for financial gain not to be a co-op like most credit unions. Poor customer service and accessibility for people who travel

I live in the next town. I look at my bank account and is in neg. I run to the bank. The bank is close. The ATM is not working so I can not deposit. I check the website . the website is DOWN. Lord. They charge me $30.00 dollars for been short only .39 cents. They will loose me as a client.

When called to dispute a charge that shouldn't have been charged and hadn't in months, they informed me maybe I should cancel the service. BTW the service has been canceled for two years. I ask for new card be sent to me I'm told I should go into the branch for them to figure it out. The lady I talked to about the card was nice, the the gentle man was indifferent and didn't seem like he cared to even try.

you can't get a cashiers check here!!!! i had 4500.00 cash and was requesting a cashier's check they will not allow it.. what the ?????? you have to be a customer of the bank and still woulf have to pay 3.00 to get your money. look elswhere like independt financial when looking for a bank.

Waiting since 8:25 for the drive through to open at 8:30 had to wait another 35 min for someone to tell us the drawer was broken. I asked the employee who walked by the line of cars at 8:45 why she didn’t say anything and the employee said we should have known because of the cone!!!! No sign no notice and she stood at the door letting people in without masks. And no one inside said anything to the customers without masks either.
