The work was done well, as expected. The wait time was 30 minutes longer than what I was told. Also, I did lose some trust with this location because of the vehicle services that were recommended to me. I was told that I needed new brake rotors, but those were replaced brand new about 30,000 miles ago, so I have my doubts. Also, it was recommended that I get a 4X4 service. But my truck is a 2WD. So my impression is that sales are the number one goal at this location, so I feel like I don't have a lot of trust if I were to bring in my vehicle for repairs. Trust with auto repair shops is of the upmost importance.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BRIGHTON FORD. My 22 Expedition went in for warranty work for a leak in my CV Axel.When attempting to picking up my vehicle after about 20 mins I was informed the vehicle would not go into gear unless it was in 4WD. They pulled the vehicle in to the shop and determined the WRONG part was installed on my vehicle. I spoke with the service manager. After another week of them having the vehicle I was treated as if it was my fault by their Service Manager Justin Ostby. Justin was rude and dismissive of my issue when I requested a letter indicating what had happened. Justin made claims such as "I checked security cameras your vehicle was never driven" "I am not going to risk my job for you to have documentation" Justin lied about my vehicle being test driven (I watched them drive my vehicle across the lot), I believe he lied about talking to ownership and he refused to give me a letter or proper notes indicating what had happened.In fact on pickup of my vehicle Justin's service department sent my wife home with the incorrect invoice. Luckily I have a very clear and concise voicemail indicating they are at fault. This was not the first issue I have had with them I took my 22 f150 in over the summer for an issue with a turn signal, during that time of them repairing it they bent my side view mirror and took nearly two months to have it replaced with no communication or returned calls from the department or their service manager Justin Ostby.

Last week I tried calling to schedule an appointment, somebody answered the phone and transferred me to somebody else's voicemail 4 times before I was able to schedule an appointment(the last couple times I even asked not to be transferred, to no avail), and the soonest available was not until a week later. When I finally got in for my appointment, they quoted me 2 hours for an alignment(usually no more than an hour job), then could not properly align my tires, and told me they could get them aligned but it would take longer. When I said that was fine, they came back 5 minutes later and said they can't do it. Sounds like they just didn't want to. After this they spent 45 minutes "test driving" my vehicle. They then charged me full price for the alignment and called it a day. Just when I thought the terrible experience was over, driving my truck home I noticed a fairly significant pull to the right, something the truck has never done before. Now I still have to get my alignment issue fixed elsewhere, where I will have to pay full price to fix the mistake these guys made.

This dealer does not recognize or honor Ford Employee and Family pricing. Do not buy from this dealer!!!!

will not attempt to get service there again, "Quick lane" is usually a few days out to schedule. I'm not sure how that is, Quick?

I mainly use Brighton quick lane out of convenience as they are the closest Ford dealership to me. Even with that in mind, I have never had a bad experience at their quick lane. I always schedule an appointment and the work is always done within the quoted timeframe (routine maintenance).

So I have a 2020 Ford fusion that I had scheduled in for an oil change. It took them over two weeks to get me in and then say that they have a loaner car I can borrow because there's something wrong with my wheel I messed around with these people for over a month and there was no loaner vehicle. I had to drop my car off there on Saturday weeks later and I'm still having problems with it now so they didn't fix anything but they charged me $500 for something that wasn't even fixed I don't know how this place is he I don't know how his place is in business they have the worst service department ever but they'll sure take your money and want paid and do the worst job ever and their customer service is horrid

I took my truck in for an oil change and they up sold me to change cabin filters and what not. When I picked up my truck the price threw me off so I asked why it was so high they told me they changed the cabin filter and rotated the tires (didn't justify the price) but I went on my way. On my way home something was troubling me, I didn't leave my wheel lock in the truck so I was surprised they would rotate my tires without it. Upon getting home I walked around and to my surprise they did not rotate the tires at all. I know they didn't because of very specific scratches on the wheels and they were in the same place I had installed them (very recently). After contacting the dealer concerned if they even did the oil change since they lied about rotating the tires. The service manager was upset with me because I questioned if my vehicle was even serviced. I tried to speak to a general manager expressing concern and was blown off. The service manager called me instead, again upset, to tell me that I wanted to I could come and review the cameras to verify the oil change was done. Why would I, or anyone, have to verify everything is done if I'm already paying for it to be done? Terrible terrible service I will not ever take my vehicle again and I strongly advise you not to as well.

My vehicle started having alignment issues, leading to a tire being chewed up. I decided to give Brighton Ford a chance as they are one of the few that carries an alike tire to my others. I came in to schedule an alignment and a new tire. The day of the service, they had the vehicle for an hour and a half after an opening appointment. When I picked up the vehicle, they told me I should schedule an alignment soon, as if I hadn't asked for that when I scheduled the appointment in the first place.

Took my Ford Mustang in for a repair in February only for the issue to reoccur in June after paying for the repair. Took it back in June and didn't hear from anyone for almost a week about my car and had to call for an update. I was told that the issue was the same as before(which I had already paid for in February) and this time they can not fix it while also recommending me to someone else where they can get a quote. No mention of the money that I had already paid for the previous repair only for the issue to reoccur, which tells me you never fixed it in the first place. Contacted them again about this issue and still have yet to hear from anyone after talking to 2 reps on their online chat in 2 consecutive weeks. Awful customer service to the fullest.
