Delylah is now the reason I am a Red Wing customer for life. The customer service here from Delylah alone is impeccable and Red Wing should be proud to have someone like her representing their brand in such a manner. That paired with the Red Wing product quality and you have what I like to call, the perfect go to store for either personal use or even for company use. Shout out to this location for being the reason I will never struggle to find where to shop for new Work boots, belts, safety glasses, gloves, AMAZING boot soles and some killer hats!

Jeremy at Red Wings was great to work with he was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and very helpful. He helped my husband pick out his work boots brought out many for him to try out and didn’t even care that we kept him about 10 minutes over his shift!

I have these guys knocked it out of the park! I was totally blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff is at this location! Walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. Patrick answered any questions I had as well as gave me great direction and guidance. He even repaired my old boots! Call me Cinderella because I felt like a princess.. Will be back to purchase another pair soon as well recommend this place to my work buddies! Thanks Y'all!!

First time experience getting steel/composite women’s boots for work at this location. Jeremy provided me with phenomenal customer service. He was able to suggest light weight and comfortable boots as well as encourage comfortable insoles based on the scan images of my feet. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to this Red Wing store to purchase a pair of Iron Ranger boots. Right off the bat Allen greeted me and answered any questions I had before getting some out for me to try on.
He was very attentive during the entire process and made sure all my questions were answered. Since this boot was different than my previous he made sure I was sized perfectly and even taught me a new way to lace the boots due to the different design.
This was some of the best customer service I have witnessed in a long time. From the start to finish it was plan and simply amazing. I will be back to this store for my Red Wing needs!
