The customer service at this one clearly needs a couple of new brain cells. I called to inquire about placing a payment plan on two appliances after various questions are asked and answered correctly. He says that he hast to drive to two other stores and over to pick up two pieces of furniture and won’t be able to deliver them in till Tuesday at 5 PM after I had already informed him that I work Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and that’s not gonna work to me even though in the first few conversations he had informed me that he had a delivery scheduled for my exact same address today so it sounds to me like you want me to take the day offf and lose income to sit around my home, waiting for you to deliver to already used and beat up appliances not even new to suit your needs instead of you accommodating me since I’m the one paying for a service and you’re the business providing it I appealed to the manager of this place as when I asked to speak to them I was told that I did not need to speak to them, and that the answer would not change perhaps a better customer service professional could’ve been found to deal with people on the phone alittle bit better than the string of ummmmsss and likes i got dealt with today I’d recommend you put in your hiring add “no grn z need apply like ummm ever “

Even though we returned the Sofa that we put throws on & Loveseat never unwrapped next day, after speaking to my Daughter about program.
