I use this location all the time and everyone is great. This morning, Kelsey decided to unlock the doors at 10 am and when I walked in at 10:05 she told me she wasn’t open, she was doing inventory, so I sat outside for another 15 mins and tried again and she told me it was still gonna take another 30 mins. Who the hell does that? Your hours are at 10 am, why haven’t you done inventory before opening? Definitely gonna call corporate to see if they can do something about this Kelsey girl completely wasting people’s time.

Worst experience ever ! did an online order for pick up and they so call didn't have the item in stock at the store and now I have to wait so many business days for my money to be refunded !! This is crap they didnt wait to take my money or process my card until they knew they had the item !! so why should I have to wait to get my money back !! I'm Beyond livid as I now don't have money or clippers to do my job !

I visit here every few months and have never had a problem. The workers are always friendly and will always answer my questions and recommend products. Good products.

I didn’t get her name but the person helping me was amazing! I bought two things of hair dye and they went as far as too look up a deal for me which saved me money. Amazing right? ❤️

Purchased some items and selected the 2 hour delivery service.. well, the store canceled my order , didn't even contact me. So, I waited on my products, nothing arrived. Figured out they had canceled my order (did return my money) then I proceeded to call and then they hung up!

One Sunday afternoon I spend over $150 on a pair of brand new clippers that I took out the box and transferred to my case. I plug it in acouple hours later to cut my hair and it doesn’t turn on. I go 4 HOURS later to exchange for clippers that work only to be told they can’t take it back because it has hair. I’m sure it had one or two piece of hair from me transferring it to my case, BUT IT DOESNT WORK!! So What difference does it make if it was covered in hair… you can’t resell it !! IT DOESNT TURN ON !! Needless to say I walked out with out a replacement clippers and sally lost a customer. I’ll be ordering my stuff from Amazon like I should of did. Terrible !!

Have placed multiple online orders at this store and whenever we go to pick them up, the orders have been pulled incorrectly. Usually it's a simple attention to detail mistake. I understand employing staff is difficult everywhere, but please take a little more pride in your work and pay attention to what is ordered and make sure the SKU# matches. Will no longer be using this store for online purchases.

I had a great experience recently when I went into this location! I wish I would have gotten the girls name but she currently has bright blue hair and she is just so knowledgable. I went in there seeking help on how to dye my brothers hair and she immediately helped us and gave us directions on what to use and how to use it and even helped us save money with the products we ended up getting. Also his hair came out perfect so I'm happy that my brother is happy! Thanks to that professional young lady at the front I'll update when I find out her name :)

Sally Beauty won't let me post a review of an online purchase, so I will leave this review on every local store's page. MAJOR RIPOFF. My first order was delivered with only half of my items but the shipping was still full price! OK, whatever. One of the things not sent in my order was a mascara. One of the things that WAS delivered was a brow pencil, which I liked enough to risk ordering from these crooks AGAIN. I ordered two more pencils, and threw in a different mascara as I was paying for shipping, right? They only sent the mascara. Evidently they had sold me their last pencil the week before! So they only sent the mascara and still charged me for full shipping. Again. I returned the mascara and challenged the charge on my credit card, but they ripped me off for shipping on ANOTHER freaking "half order." And I paid for shipping for exactly NOTHING. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CHEAP CROOKS.
