This is the worst doctor I've ever been to in my entire life I just called to make an appointment to have my yearly physical done and to talk to my doctor about things they told me it was going to be a 3-month wait just to be able to see him I have had nothing but problems with this doctor's office if you care about your family you will not go to this doctor's office!!!!!!!

This place is amazing! The providers go far and beyond to make sure everybody is doing well. Very professional, and very kind. They absolutely take their time with everyone. They dedicate themselves to people who do not have insurance or have Medicaid in the city of Brighton. They also work on a Sliding scale. For the people that have complained;

They don't have a negative star option? You're better off self diagnosing yourself with Google. They never know what to do and never have 'in person' available. My son has been choking on mucus and phlegm for three months and they won't do a thing. Not to mention when I miscarried my first how heartless they were about it. One lady even laughed at me when I asked if my baby was big enough to cremate. I wouldn't consider this place a safe space to get care.

Do yourself and your family a favor and stay FAR away from this clinic!! I went there once for my annual wellness check up along with my 2 kids and the experience was so horrible I never went back. Now, 18 months later, they are trying to charge me for both my visit as well as my children's annual visits. Not only are they attempting to commit medical insurance fraud by coding my annual visit as a alcohol and drug screening visit, they are also claiming the visit was done over the phone, despite the fact that my son received his ago appropriate vaccines in their office. Not sure how those would be administered over the phone, but according to them it's all my insurance companies' fault. Their billing department is absolutely useless and would rather argue with you than try to listen to help reach a resolution. Needless to say I'll be reporting them for fraud to my medical company as well as the BBB. Salud Family practices are nothing but a bunch of ghetto, trashy, morally unethical con artists.

Been a patient at Salud for 10 years. Am a model individual with 0 balance in any outstanding debt. Today I was turned away for not having a full down payment to release me back to work. They Refused treatment all told me to leave and go to the Emergency room for a release after battling pneumonia for 3 weeks. These people are scumbags and I will never step into this building again.

Couldn't even see a doctor. First called the Denver location because it was closer and was told they're only accepting Medicare and uninsured and was then directed to the Brighton office. Told me it was 3 weeks out for a phone appointment, and then I could be scheduled after that. Waited 3 weeks only to get a call from Brighton saying that I'm not in their area and they're also only accepting Medicare... what a joke.

Pretty good doctors, terrible phone systems. Every single time I call or they call me, they can’t hear me but I can hear everything they say. They like to say I’m breaking up, Umm no ma’am it is your phone line that’s breaking up as I have full signal and full Wi-Fi as well. Get. Your. Phone. Updated. Or. Fixed. Altogether.

Stay away from dentist office here I could write a few pages about bad experiences here but honestly it would waste at least 20 more minutes of my time then they have already, so short and sweet version for you..here it goes... Front desk staff is rude ,uninformed ,unorganized and, inexperienced ...the dentists make mistakes on fillings and lie to you to cover them up

Just tried to set up an appointment, this clinic DOES NOT have any enrollment and any openings until mid NOVEMBER!!! Cmon Salud just because we are low income families does not mean to push us to the back of the burner and WAIT!!! Someone needs to look into this

Shitty healthcare center, I am in the process of joining the army and they put in their system that I have a problem but not that I got it checked and I am totally fine what a crappy health care center. I must now wait. If there were 0 Stars they'd get it

Every time I have been here I am waiting for almost an hour after my appointment time and after I have been checked in. The wait time is horrendous and they are in the room with you for maybe 5 mins.

I have been a patient for several years . And in those several years my care takers have left and I was assigned new ones. But I went in today 08/08/2022 to get a Tetanus shot . I stepped on a nail during the weekend . The receptionist told me they weren’t giving Vaccine shots ? I explained to her that I got a nail in my foot over the weekend . I need to get a Tetanus shot and to see physician . She told me they weren’t giving shots and that she could schedule me to see Dr in Several days ! I went to Walgreens and got my Tetanus shot ! Changing Medical center and Dr .

Have been a "patient" here since December of 2021 and its been the worst experience with doctors i have ever had. You are never called back for appointments or meds even if it can be life threatening and you dont want to deal with the Er. You are constantly told to reschedule with another doctor or telehealth. You get passed around from doctor to doctor and they dont even talk to eachother about what is going on with the same patient. This place is useless and will hurt more than help. Mentally and physically. Especially if your pregnant. Do not go here for help.they dont care.

While the doctors are good, trying to get an appointment is a nightmare. Last few times I tried it's 2+ month wait and they always want to do a tela health call even when I tell them I need to come in person. So you end up waiting for the tela health call only for them to tell me I need to come in,then you end up waiting even more. It's absolutely frustrating.
