This is the local post office my mail has to go to before it’s delivered to my home. I like most of us have had poor experiences at usps before but today really pleasantly surprised me. I paid for a very important piece of mail to be overnighted but the sender chose the wrong type of mailing option & my mail was not going to reach me in time! It was a very stressful situation because it was having a big impact on my finances.
I went to this location right when they opened this morning and Mike went out of his way to help me intercept the envelope & retrieve it directly.
He was very kind & considerate. It was the kind of interaction we all hope for when dealing with a very concerning situation.
I highly recommend this place.”

“I go to this location almost every day and I really enjoy the service I receive. My packages are always taken care of in a fast and efficient manner and always get to their destination rather fast and in grrat condition. Even if it does get busy in this location, they try their hardest to assist in what they can to bring down any lines. EX: They do passport send offs here and those can be extremely lengthy and complicated processes. If there is a line and others just need a quick scan and send off for their package, they multitask and get those through while others are filling out paperwork. Resulting in all getting help without having to wait too long. The crew here does great with time management and do what they can with who they have available. They have even gone above and beyond when I have issues, they resolved them same day and always made sure I got my packages safe and sound. Thank you Tanya, Greg, and Team!”
“Don’t go there, the lines are short, I just learned that you can even drop off USPS with them (my fault I can’t read the label). The staff is super friendly I go there just for the smile! And then to top it off, they even take the audacity to go the extra mile to know how to best and fasted do international shipments. Outrageous, don’t go there because you are surely going to make the wait longer ;)

“I walked in to the Henderson post office today and it amazes me at the reviews people leave. They always say how bad the passport experience is! Well if you showed up with all the right paper work filled out and not blame the poor clerk behind the counter telling you the information you need. Then it wouldn’t be so bad, do the research your self I did and guess what I had every thing I needed. This poor clerk I swear she is a trooper. This family was going off all because they filled out the wrong application! She gave them the information that was needed but still wanted to call her names!”

I am an old curmudgeon, and the fact that I'm writing this at all means something amazing happened. Alan Frodsham showed up to my business with a delivery from Home Depot that was too big, too heavy, and seemingly impossible for one man to handle. Yet, without the slightest hint that my frustrations had any effect on his pleasant attitude, he managed to move that massive pallet off the truck and into my warehouse all by himself.
I should tell he did all of this while I was verbally blistering the Home Depot Manager on the phone. I was so convincing that the Home Depot manager and a big strapping young lad rushed over in one of the Home Depot rent-a-trucks to help, only to be waved off by Allen. This was a thing of beauty
I can't tell you how impressed we were with his effort, attitude, and demeanor. He went above and beyond anything I've seen. I even called his manager to suggest they keep close ties on him because I'd hire him in a heartbeat.
This man deserves all the praise you can give. He managed an impossible task that most would shy away from. Please take good care of this employee, and should you ever decide to let him move on, please let me know because I'd hire him on the spot.
