Awesome Awesome Awesome!!! The best place to deliver for the last 3 years! Appointment was at 9am, came earlier at 5am, got the dock right away, unloaded in 20 minutes. Overnight on the exit or at the nearest truck stop(5-7 spots only) Can stay out of the warehouse gate at the road curbside but not recommended.

Good Company to work for but at this fulfillment center beware with that lady Miriam Hunter I was told that if you got into her do not like list she would eventually find a way to get you to quit or she will terminate you for no good reason and that was the case so if you want to deal with a ops supervisor that will stand at the end of an isle and yell at you to do something or get snapped at for asking a question to each their own but 0 stars BEWARE if you apply at Staples fulfillment Center in Brighton !!!!!

Super easy place to deliver to. Lots of room to maneuver. The staff was really nice and really respectful would come here again. Quick unload time I was about an hour early for my appointment and they had me unloaded before the actual appointment time.

Very nice and professional. Overnight parking IS allowed on the street out front. There is a dirt lot there too. Read the sign out front Of the building and get the receiving office number to check in. If you have a 05:00 appointment go ahead and drive into their lot, park out of the way and check in. They don't answer the phone til 0:520 or so. Do NOT be late for your appointment.

terrible!!!! take over a week to deliver something that was supposed to get to me in 24-48 hours!!! and i live 30 minutes from this location!!! i would give them a -1000 rating if i could!!!!! this location is unorganized and they do not know what they are doing!!!! they need to hire people who are competent, not incompetent!!!!

As a current employee I am truly flabbergasted by the way Kenny treats his employees. He is the most unprofessional supervisor I have had to ever work with. I have worked there for 6 years and I have never been so mistreated by upper management. I do not know how much longer I will be employed and treated so poorly. Many co workers have had the same experience that I have had. I suggest you work on his managerial skills and people management skills before you lose even more of your employees. Kenny downgrades his employee’s, raises his voice and disgraces us in front of fellow employees. If something is not address about this situation I will be filing a formal complaint.Unhappy Employee.
