Ok, sorry to see this happen to this store. They were always fast never a wait. If there was a line it moved fast. 4/13/24 they now have 3 kiosks three feet from the door as you enter. They say Order Here! We did that. Then 2 separate people bypassed this new system and received their orders first. Ok, maybe a fluke. Because of people bypassing orders are mistaken, line backs up and it becomes a negative experience for everyone. A second person used the kiosk and became so confusing to the staff she had to go tell the staff what she wanted. A person behind me ordered 9 sandwiches on line and only received 2. This system needs to be removed. Either it's all or nothing. We ordered 2 six inch sandwiches and they gave us footlongs, not because I complained but because they are making mistakes! Manager just stood there and nobody apologized.

i went to the store 4/06/24 around 3:00pm there were two girls working at that time i order a sandwich i forgot to said no onions cuz im allergic, i asked the girl to please remove the onions, i also made a comment about lettuce was black and old i ask them to give me new lettuce she apologized and she did, but the second girl the hispanic one she started making faces and comments, well i didn’t said anything at that moment, but went it was time to pay the girl was still upset just because i didnt want onions on my sandwich really?? so she charged me with a rude actitud , she didn’t even handed the sandwich to me or said thank you or anything she was so disrespectful ,, girl here is my advice to you , is Saturday im hungry if you dont like working there just leave , not because ur having a bad day customers deserve a bad moment!! be kind , nice with ur customers ur getting paid for doing ur job other subway members will appreciated it !! thank you!!

Go to another one...this place is around $5 more for a footlong + double meat than other places. I don't know why.

We live right by this subway. I used to hate subway. Although the staff seems uninterested in you being there (they do) they turn out some very good subs!

Tabling horrible parking, place is okay. Indoors had plenty of seating for groups of 6 and just singles eaters. However, bathrooms are horrible with the AC super loud making eating inside not enjoyable. Combining that with online orders generally won't take most coupon codes is frustrating. At the same time, the food is prepared the way I like it with friendly staff. Overall it's not my go to place but also not off my list.

Food poisoning. Apparently I have to write an essay in order for my review to get posted. My husband and I both have the symptoms after eating sandwiches from there yesterday.

I ordered two sandwiches and when I got home, I opened mine to find strings of hair in mine and same as the other sandwhich, disgusting, the employee had her hair down and should of used a cap to keep it up. Terrible customer service, bad adittude and always throwing back the veggies and cheese in there slot.

Ordered turkey ham with Mayo on 2/5/23 @ 10:30am and couple hours later me and my baby are sick with food poisoning. I called the store just to be told to go to the hospital

I ordered food and multiple things were wrong on my sandwich I work at a subway and the meat looks expired and the cookie was hard as a rock.

This ius our go-to work lunch place. Quick, easy, and the sandwiches always turn out great. It's nothing fancy, but it does the job. They also have good coupons in mailers so even more worth it.

We were charged for items we did not receive and I can neither get a manager to call me back or get through on the phone (just get a "message box is full" machine over and over again.) Not to mention a very defensive employee right off the bat, the first time we did call and get through. What a frustrating experience! We will not be ordering from this location again! I have contacted the corporate office.
