They act super and condescending here, like it's a bother to help you or talk to you. Like walking in on a conversation that they begrudgingly stop because you're interrupting. At least that's ben my impression all 3 times I've ben here.

Nina was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products and had an answer to every question we had. Xfinity has been driving us crazy and it was nice to go into a store that knew their stuff! Once our phones are paid off next month and unlocked we’ll be switching not just internet but our phones too!

My partner felt so uncomfortable walking into this store again. This was his second attempt to get a phone upgrade, you are not greeted, and when addressing why he is there they make him feel like a bother. The customer service is just odd.

The customer service is amazing here; Nick has been very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about everything that we needed to do. Location is in a convenient spot, in the shopping center. Store is very clean inside.

I hate being lied to, and the salesman at this store did just that. In addition to incredibly aggressive selling, he started just lying about how their stock is ending about today and I just have to buy something I absolutely don't need. Instead of arguing, I just turned around and walked out. Disgusting.

Stay away if you are seeking information or someone with a brain. We visited the store at Prairie Center on 9-29-23 to find out some information on T Mobile's internet gateway service. Needless to say we didn't find out anything and found the manager (Nick) was extremely rude and did not want to help whatsoever. They want a quick sale and do not want to talk or find any information for you. I will be looking at competitors for intranet service.

Lack of product knowledge, asked a simple question about the difference between phone models was told I don't know. I was told the phone didn't accommodate sim cards, it does. Bought a new phone paid $40 to have it activated, that's ridiculous, they didn't activate it, had to spend 40 min on the phone to with customers service to get it activated. Save some frustration and go to a different location

Avoid this store like the Plague. Wanted to leave my current carrier and come to T-Mobile. So 3 sale people working at this time, I got sales rep #****791 she gathered my information and started doing her thing. The other sales person came over and tried to up sale from the plan I wanted. IN SHORT THEY DID NOT TRANSFER MY # FROM THE PREVIOUS CARRIER OR ACTIVATE THE SIM CARD. THEY ONLY WANTED TO COLLECT THE MONEY AND OUT THE DOOR I WENT!So 24 hours later and without a working phone. I ended up at another T-Moble store in Thorton. Store 1SID, Dan R got me up and running within 15 minutes. Thanks Dan R.

I Should of Read the Reviews Before Coming Here. These Employees Only Care About Themselves And Making The Company Money. They Screwed Me Over Like All Phone Companies Usually Do. Why Don't They Teach The Employees To Be Upfront And Honest? Customers Would Appreciate That More

Service within a 10miles radius of the denver airport is non existent. Sorry to give your store a bad rating but how else can i let people know that if they sign up you wont be able to use your phone in this area. Many areas work well, the international plan is great, but it doesn't work where I live and work!

The store sales rep number ending on 401 gave me false pricing to get me to sign up for a plan, watch and phone. When I checked my monthly bill it was a lot more than what they told me at the store (they did mention the 1st couple bills might be different, so I waited up to bill #4 to ask what was going on). I had to call T-Mobile and get everything fixed and corrected they changed the price but it was still not what the sales rep promised even though I asked her to verify multiple times. Please Beware, verify and get everything in writing. T-mobile is a good service, this review is for this specific store and sales rep.
