Joy the market manager has a horrible attitude towards customers! will not be returning to this location as long as she is there.

Most unorganized target I've ever been to. Came here for a couple things that I could easily find at any other target and walked away very disappointed

I went to buy a turkey because it was the only place in the area that had one. I also received a coupon from my job as a Christmas bonus that was good up to $25.00. These coupons are not rare. When I scanned it, the message came up and said "coupon not accepted." I got the same coupon last year and the same message came up at another location and it was easily overridden. The Target worker asked me if it was for $3.00 or $5.00 off. I responded no, up to $25. That turkey should have been free. She asked if I wanted her to call the manager. I figured this was a no- brainer, but I said yes. The Manager asker her the same thing over the walkie-talkie, $3 or $5 off. She said no, free. He said he'd be "right there" but after waiting 5 minutes, being on the 23rd of December and many customers waiting behind me while there is a turkey scanned, still waiting for a manger that clearly wasn't going to be "right there," I decided to use the coupon that can easily be overriden at another location another time at another store and pay for my turkey so other customers don't have to wait. I think a little training and setting expectations would have painted more stars.

This Target personifies the phrase "weaponized incompetence." From lack of mask wearing indoors by customers and staff doing nothing about it, to a pharmacist who couldn't be bothered with a well-fitting mask that covered her nose, to unwillingness to check if a vaccine appointment could be filled a little early, to asking an employee if this was the "2171 Prairie Center Parkway CVS location" and being told "no, but we have a pharmacy"... they really turned me off wanting to spend any money at this location ever again.

I promised a low rating for hitting me with a Public Improvement Fee. How dare you, I'm this economy, perpetuate that on your customers. Also, here's one star for Brighton's additional 2.5% tax on food.

Of all the Target stores in the area this my Target of choice. As inflation drives the cost of everything up Target has kept the cost of dry groceries down. The only complaint I have focuses on their produce. Their produce supply chain is horrible. Their produce is almost always old, moldy, or out of stock. I usually go the King Soopers for produce.

If anybody has been to Brighton, you might have noticed that shopping options are not as plentiful as in other larger cities. This is where this Target shines as it is the main shopping destination for this community. The shelves were all full stocked with merchandise and the employees at checkout and throughout the store were friendly and helpful. When I'm back in the area, I will return to this store if in need of groceries and other items.

I've been shopping at this Target for almost 13 years now as it's the closest to home, and after how they are dealing with safety during the pandemic I have switched my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will shop at other Targets. I have been here numerous times during the pandemic and have witnessed so many people without masks and staff not doing anything about it. There is a county mandate, and Target's website states that there is a mask mandate in all of their stores, regardless of county or state mandates. Management and employees state they cannot do anything about it if someone doesn't want to wear a mask. I love Target and will continue to shop the store, but not this location. I do not feel the staff and management at this location care about the health and well-being of their clientele. Other stores enforce mask policies - why can't this one?

As I have to drag my son and wife through the parking lot during a blizzard because he doesn't know how to stay out of the street and she doesn't like to carry him because he built like baby hulk; we walk in and an employee is wiping down carts. Masks and sanitizer was on a stand to the left. Everyone and their grandma happens to shop all at once it seems like but as I can put it the best is that Target is the rich man Walmart. My wife won't even let me go to Walmart while I'm with her so we go to Target when I'm with the family. A bit safer and usually I'm the darkest, hairiest, most grizzly man in there so I usually feel pretty safe.

I wanted to buy 140 gingerbread houses to give away to clients and online limited the qty to 20. I called the Brighton, CO store and spoke to guest services asking if they could guide me to how I could place a bulk order. She said email corporate. I said I need an actual voice to speak to and she repeated email corporate. I told her I can't wait days for a response and she said "email corporate" and hung up. I called back 7 times and they would pick up and hang up. Ifinally got someone on the line again and told them it says they have them in stock for pickup, so can someone tell me how many you have and pay for them right now. They said they can't take payment over the phone and hold items for pickup (it's an option on their website). I said fine can you tell me how many you have in stock, they said zero. I called the manager Jason and he said he had no idea how to help me except to call Guest Relations and gave me a number. Jason told me to just place the order for 20 over and over again online. I told him I'm sure you guys will cancel the orders when you see multiple and he said do it anyways. I placed 4 orders of 20 to start with and sure enough a half hour the first cancelation came in. I called The guest relations number, went through the prompts and got a lady with target online who said I see the orders and I don't know why we're canceling them, but you need to talk with guest relations. I said I am. She said no your not. I read her the number and she said yea that's guest relations...hmmm. She put me on hold and came back and told me to call and select prompts 1 then 2. I did and a guy answered saying guest relations. I went through the whole story and he said, man you need to talk to guest relations. I said you identified yourself as guest relations when you answered. He said no that's a different department and gave me the same number again that I used to get him and the other lady. I called Jason the manager again and told him what's up. He sounded very annoyed to hear from me and gave me an out of state area code number. I called it and it was the same set of prompts and messages for guest relations. I got a lady on the phone who was real nice and explained that this is guest relations but the only people that could help me would be a senior sales specialist with target online and she said I will transfer you now and make sure you absolutely get the right person to speak to. She put me on hold for 30 seconds and then disconnected the call. I spent an hour and a half on the phone back and forth trying to hand over $1400 for such a minor thing as gingerbread houses to give away and received no resolution. I will never use Target online again and I will avoid target stores like the plague, especially the one Jason's running in Brighton, CO which I used to shop at all the time.--

My new favorite Target at Brighton Prairie View Shopping Center. They have Shipt Delivery service, but again, I don't recommend it unless you're not feeling like getting out of bed that day, or it's an emergency. Had so many lost opportunities because of using the third party app service. I rather get my happy self into the store and browse myself. Found that the inventory is much more friendlier in person than online shopping. This Target is empty and alone because it's farther out in the country side of Brighton, CO. The service is definitely friendly, and they do honor coupons and price differential. The Christmas season is out, and so is their merchandise. I went nuts on the Christmas tree decorations, talking Santa's, and sparkly trees. They don't have a wide variety of jewelry... Until you see that it's all locked up through a display case. Overall, clean and relaxing to shop here. Wouldn't be caught dead in another location at this point.

WARNING!! The employees do not wear masks! Everyone at the grocery store should be protecting themselves so we can get over this pandemic!

Very bad experience with Target in general and with this store in particular. We just bought an almost $300 carpet cleaner and when unboxing, we realized it was preopened (probably returned - no big deal), but also missing pieces and instructions... Does anybody inspect returns in that store? I mean, if you are going to charge that much money (or any money) for your product, I would expect that you do your job and make sure the product is in its best condition... Also bought a shelve on Target.com and, what are the odds, it came completely broken... People form Target, you should put some extra love in your business and show some care.

Shopping here is always a pleasant experience. This store is very clean and well-organized. Ample parking, very accessible and the location is great. They recently added Apple Pay capability, which is a great convenience.

I always enjoy shopping at target. The store is usually very very clean. The bathrooms could use some extra care. But, all in all the staff are friendly and helpful and it's always a pleasant experience to shop in the store. The prices on groceries are higher than King Soopers. Organic milk is two dollars more a gallon! The produce at this location is often times questionable. Berries usually mold within one or two days in my refrigerator. The selection is not as bountiful as I would like. in general, the atmosphere at target is enjoyable and a pleasant experience.
