“Let me start by saying i was going to leave a 1 star review, i have been coming to discount tire now for 25 years, put tires on probably 30 vehicles probably more. Yesterday i was NEVER coming back. Justin, made my visit so bad i was ready to cut ties with Discount tire all together. I came in because i had a leak in a tire, just wanted it plugged, they're were 4 cars in the parking lot when i got there and 1 bay open. David checked me in, after 2 hours and watching lots of people come and go, i asked david when i would get taken care of, he said i was next in. After seeing 2 more cars get pulled in to the bays i asked David again, he apologized and said he was confused amer which vehicle was mine..brought my car in next. After 45 min in the bay, i came in at 2:41, this is 5:45, Justin comes and tells me the tire is not fixable, i saw, felt and heard air coming from directly in the middle of the tire. He said we did an air test and only came from the side wall. I said I've been here for 3 hours now, you could have told me that how ago. He lied, said it was a drop off, said he called out to me 3 times and i wasn't here. I was sitting in the waiting area and outside the whole time. I told him i was here the whole time and talked to David twice, he said he called me 3 times. I told him he was a liar, he said he didn't care i told him to put my spare on, and i was never coming back. He said DON'T goodbye... put my ticket on my window AND WALKED OFF. David came out talked to me, calmed me down and made it right. All i wanted was my tire fixed, no special treatment, nothing or if the ordinary. After waiting 3 hours for a tire repair, lady thing i expected was to be tested like trash. David made it right, was apologizing and made be feel valued as a customer, he is the only reason for the 5 star review. He is a valued employee at this location!”
