He really took the time to explain everything going on with my car and what needed fixing now and what could wait. He didn't try to upsell anything which I appreciated so much! The replaced the filter, did not charge me a full diag fee. The A/C issue working better than it ever has. The service writers answered my questions and treated me with total respect. I would recommend this operation to anyone looking for honesty.”

“I’m very picky when it comes to my vehicles, especially my ram, but I do wanna say thank you very much to Hugo for being transparent and being communicating with me at all times and reasonable with the pricing he fixed the headers on my truck on one side everywhere else they were charging me a arm and leg !! I love the fact that when I picked up the truck he explained to me and showed me everything was done and gave me the parts that were changed on the truck and everything was bought from the dealership as well and also when I arrive with my vehicle, the first thing he did was check the bottom of the truck and saw that the pipe of the Exhaust needed to be fix! You can literally move it with your hand. The screw was already broken and I told him thank you very much for checking. I was surprised that that’s the first thing he did when I arrived and I asked him if he can fix that too and he did and he also sent me a picture of it being done.
I will definitely be returning back in case if needed.”

Father not only the business owner but also a well-rounded musician who makes his own instruments very knowledgeable about country music great man to talk to. His wife also very very nice and I did appreciate they're having a conversation with me while their son worked on my vehicle. Again he did this at a personal cost and I have yet to repay it, but I will soon I can highly recommend briggs garage please take all your vehicles there.”

“A&L Auto did a big repair on my truck — about $4,000 in lifter and cam work — and even came out to my house to tow it in. Antonio and Luis were transparent in letting me know what was wrong with my truck and took the time to explain what was needed. As a weekend mechanic I can do oil changes and brakes, but this was beyond the scope of what even I knew I could do. These guys are great, and the truck is fixed and runs again. They also repaired a $1,000 axle/differential issue on my SUV earlier this year. Both repairs were done right and priced fairly. Solid shop.”
