“My transmission went out on Christmas day in LA where I was visiting friends and had to wait 3.5 hours for a tow truck and then sat in the tow truck for 5 hours to deliver it to my mechanic's shop. I then discovered that my 99 Suburu Outback 30th anniversary had a transmission that was only used one year for that model. As a result, I spent a month trying to find a transmission to replace mine. I almost gave up until I contact Ann at Brighton Truck Parts. She told me that she had one. I asked her to send me pics. I received 3 photos of a perfect transmission with the identical part number on mine. It was the cheapest one I had found and she told me that it would arrive within 7-10 days. A week later, the transmission arrived at my mechanic's shop. Three days later, I had my car back again after not having transportation for 35 days. It came with a warranty and I have been doing a great deal of driving in a variety of situations such as going up steep hills and discovered that it performs perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend Brighton Truck Parts.”

“I had my transmission fixed here in April. Some time in early October, late September my transmission started leaking so I had it dropped off at aamco. I was unaware and never made aware that they had a lot of warranty work in front of my vehicle. As a note as a franchise of aamco they have to repair work that is considered warranty work but can turn away paying customers to make sure they stick by their warranty. I say this because had I known I wouldn't have been frustrated because there was a lack of communication. After having my car for 3.5 weeks I got it back and the warranty work was done. I am happy with their work, and know that sometimes parts can fail. The only thing I have to say is that they need to do better on communication so people are aware of exactly how busy they are. This company does great work and if you need your vehicle repaired they can take care of it even if it isn't transmission work. They do whole car care and I would trust them with anything I needed done with my vehicle.”

“Had an unrepairable gash in my tire and after 3 shops this place had the size I needed. $60 to switch out the rim to the new tire and replace the spare. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were very nice and it was the quickest place I have been for service on short notice. Will definitely be going back for any tire repair/replacement and recommending them to my friends and family.”

Scott was really friendly when i came into their building and called me when my car was getting fixed and kept me updated on when it was finished. Josh, the technician who fixed my car did a great job! He discovered the cv axle boot was leaking, which I was unaware about and did the most amazing thing and took care of that for me since it was not in my budget. My car is driving like it is brand new and I am very happy that I chose to go to CBA. Let this be your sign to get your vehicle fixed here and nowhere else! “I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler and have relied on Johnson Auto to perform all the maintenance. When we bought our 2023 Chevrolet Traverse, there was no question that we would be taking it to Johnson Auto for service. We had planned a family trip to the mall, but the vehicle died and would not restart. We had the vehicle towed to Johnson Auto, and I was told it would probably be a week before they could even look at it. The news was devastating, since the vehicle is modified to transport an electric wheelchair, and we would be prevented from going on more planned trips. My wife called and made an appeal to the service department but did not get a definitive answer about when the would look at the vehicle. Early the next morning, I got a text that told me they had looked at the vehicle. They had isolated the problem but wanted to run some more tests to be certain that was the only problem. The same afternoon, I received a call telling me the vehicle was ready for pickup. Thanks to Johnson Auto, we can be confident our vehicle is reliable and will allow us to go to planned family events over the holidays. I have made many referrals for Johnson Auto Jeep, and noe they will get many more for Chevrolet. I cannot express how much the prompt service and compassion for our family means. Thanks, again!”
