Went to get a full color+bang trim+curl or flat iron at the hair salon and got serviced by Jasmine O she did such a great job on my hair! And explained to me how much damage I had at my ends and provided much care and comfort

I usually come here to get my make up supplies. I went up to a lady working there and greeted her kindly and asked if she could please help me with something. Then she looked at me like I asked her the dumbest question and she was kinda rude. I asked her about the types of eyelash glue that are gentle on the skin letting her know I’ve already tried dou glue and that I’m allergic to it. She then proceeded to recommend a dou lash glue. Idk her name but she was a bigger woman with black hair.

I have lived in Brighton forever it feels and never been able to find someone I really felt comfortable with to step out of my comfort zone when it came to skin care and just self love in general, I took a leap and scheduled with ultas esthetician, after Lily helped tremendously through my grandmothers skin care journey. I have been seeing lily for months now and don’t plan to trade lily’s outstanding personality and genuine care for anyone else. HIGHLY recommend scheduling with her for any skin or brow needs 🥰 always more than satisfied when driving home !

I asked this really big torta working in ulta if they had anymore of a eyebrow pencil color I wanted that was out on the shelf and she says “No we don’t have anymore we might be getting some in next week”. She didn’t even go check in the back . Then I asked someone else she said “let me go check” then she came out with a whole box of the color I wanted that was out on the shelf the one the first lady said they were all out of…… her big back self was too lazy and big to go in the back and check for me. Hire better non lazy ppl.

This Ulta is close to home, near many fun shops in brighton and always has friendly staff and management that never feel badgering but always, always helpful! Melissa is always especially helpful not only with finding great products/ advice but also giving great information on any discounts and sales going on! Love the staff here!

Ugh! Due to a lot of theft, they have their testers under lock and key. Often, employees aren't willing to help fully.

I went into this store to get my baby’s ear pierced. Then I was told per their store policy, they can’t do it till she’s 1 or 2. Then I referenced that the website shows they offer it as early as 3 months. Then I was told “oh the piercer is not comfortable doing it for kids”. The lady seemed very incompetent and doesn’t even know her own store policy. I’m very unhappy about this and hope this location hire competent workers because the website can’t state something and employees also state otherwise!!
