I am so tired of being haggled by the ASPCA people in front of your tiny storefront. There is no option to get around them and this caused my handicapped husband to crack his head very hard on the exterior light fixture installed at a height that is below acceptable height for code. Please stop with the ASPCA people! Seems like you want a lawsuit.
