I feel us bank is falling down on the customers that bank there !! If you drive down 120th west of I25 there's a us bank every couple of miles apart (crazy) but go north of there they have nothing not even ATM machines and the Brighton kiosk place good luck there's always a line and busy !! And the manager ( Chris) has a bad adittude if he doesn't agree with you he keeps poking the bear instead of letting it go !It's easier just to go to other banks that can service you. I know I'm only one person so they don't care !! But think about it people location , location and customer service.

Imagine an ATM with no money..Not hard to believe; now imagine an ATM with no money inside a bank. This would be this location. Not broke, just empty because they didn't stock it. Five feet from the actual bank.

If I could write a negative numbers I would. I went in on a stressful situation about my bank app and was criticized by the Manager Chris because of the Android phone I have. He went on and on about how much better Iphones were and how only the elderly or in his words "old" people get the Android phone. I am 32 years old. Now not only was I feeling stressed I was feeling judged too. I was thankfully able to get my situation handled by another teller Hector. Unfortunately I had to leave and come back. When I returned Chris the manager continued to again talk bad about Android phone users. He then started a conversation with another teller Elizabeth about Android users and they together continued to judge and talk about it . I will not be returning there.

This is the branch closest to my house, yet the location I loathe going to the most. Every time I come here, this branch always disappoints. I never feel welcome here because instead of attending to their customers, the tellers are always attending to the conversation amongst themselves. I try to go when it's not rush hour or on the weekend, but there are times it happens. During busy times, the female tellers are too busy flirting with men instead of attending to their line which is almost out of the store at times. As a former US Bank employee, I am utmost disappointed in this bank. Years ago, tellers had a lot of pressure in delivering exceptional customer service. It is mind boggling how much tellers are allowed to get away with nowadays. The only exception has been a gentleman that is always on the station to the left, other than that terrible service. Every time I need to go to a bank, I plan around my schedule so I do not have to come here.

I had been working with US Bank customer service for over 3 weeks and been on the phone for hours trying to get a lien release for a vehicle I paid off over a year ago with still no resolution.I came in to the branch and Chris immediately understood my issue and worked to get to the bottom of it. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave me his card so I could call him when I went to the DMV and he would get me the proper info to get the lien released on the title. He got me what I needed within 15 minutes that customer service hadn't in over 3 weeks. I have a background in retail pharmacy and have managed 5 pharmacies so I know exceptional service when I see it. Dude deserves a raise and promotion. Thanks again for all your help Chris! Lien released and vehicle sold!

I went in one time only because I was in the area. The tellers are lazy while waiting in line I saw them talking flirting not paying attention to the long line or any of the customers. Very unprofessional. Watch who you hire they define your bank. Lacking professionalism and general respect.
