“Decided to take my 2 year old Jack Russell to K9 smiles because I loved the thought of anesthesia-free teeth cleaning. Couldn’t be happier with how amazing his teeth came out! Will definitely make this a routine to prevent any kind of dental issues. Dr. Kaci, Tina and technician, Emily, were very professional and it was so much more reasonable than taking him in to a vet clinic for a teeth cleaning. His teeth are actually sparkling!”

“The care our puppy received from Banfield was good, and they always treated him very well. I did not give 5 stars because the wellness plans were not very up front about certain things like how many visits you get included. When we signed up in Omaha, we asked specifically if we would be able to go to any Banfield location at any time, and they told us yes. Later, we learned that in order to receive any preventative medicines, we would need to have him examined at every new location. This is a problem for us as we travel for work. It wouldn't have been such an issue except it is not unlimited exams as it leads you to believe upon signing up. Our wellness plan is not even up until October but once we got him neutered we were sent home with everything left on his plan medication wise and then I received a text stating he only had one more included visit in his plan.There was also a point where the app alerted me that he was due for a comprehensive exam. So I scheduled it and had it completed on the date the app said it was due. At the end of that visit, I was informed that the app is often inaccurate. Why not fix these issues? We won't be continuing through Banfield because of these misleading issues. If it weren't for the awesome staff, I would have given 3 stars instead of 4.”
