if I could leave a review with no stars, I would. I've been using this Pharmacy for about a year now and I chose this Pharmacy because I was told how fantastic their automatic mailing list is and I'm terrible with remembering to refill my medication so having an option that as long as there's refills you automatically have them delivered. Sounded perfect for me. unfortunately a year later I have yet to receive a single automatic mailing of any medication's. I have to call which is usually when I realize that I've already ran out that has led me to go without a medicine that I can't skip for several days at a time which leads me to having ER visits. False advertisement, and they're getting away with it... I'm doing my best to find a different pharmacy that will actually meet my needs, and truly value me as a customer. today that my medicines be expressed delivered since I'm running into the same issue that I've always ran into and I was given a hard time about it so I had to overly explain my situation and feel like I was begging for him to express mail my stuff because of their mistakes or their system mistakes either way not my mistake I shouldn't have to be the one suffering for choosing a Pharmacy that can't meet up to their promises. anyhow at the end of the call, I was told it would be expressed delivered. I'll be posting tomorrow if that is true. I ran out of my medicine today. He said it's not even scheduled to be refilled until tomorrow and then it would get mailed out and I'd receive it by Monday and that the system doesn't consider certain things if people would log it into th system doesn't consider details details like that. Fix, debug,change or replace the problem. and I'm so sad to be writing this review because I had to delete my review from six months ago where I was complaining about the same thing and lack of confidence from the staff when you call and you ask if there's any other medicines that are getting close to being refilled and they tell you know, but then all of a sudden three days later you run out of your medicine that they just told you you weren't getting close to being out of so you have to call back and explain what the heck happened and try to figure this all out but all they can do is say oops Woopsie sorry but then you deal with the same problem again and again and again so they're not really doing anything after they hang up the phone it seems like. This is why we need to get back to the ancient ways of healing, and quit, trusting our lives in the hands of the serpents and coats.. get back to true and get our bodies back to state of constant homeostasis. there are ways to heal without using medication. I believe that for cancer, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis. Any kind of illness, disease or sickness can be reversed because if you can get your body to a point where it's manipulating a gene to mutate because of something you're thinking or saying or doing into a negative state, then with the same algorithm with specific intent, and a changed perspective for positivity, we can begin to heal, but they don't want us to know that the greatest healer is within us. There's no money in that.

Really poor service first I called and the pharmacist asked me to hold and then hung up on me. Then I called back and asked to refill two specific medication’s and stated if there was anything else that was close to needing refill please fill that as well. I was told it would be done in about an hour so when I called to check on in about an hour later I was told it wasn’t ready and the new person asked if there was anything else and I said please check there’s any other medication‘s that need a refill if they’re getting close the same as I had done call, I was told that there wasn’t any but this time when I called I was told that there was another medicine. They should’ve told me that with the first phone call because I had asked. When I first started with this pharmacy, I was told that I could get automatic refills and that they would be mailed to me. I have never had anything happen automatically I always have to go out of my way to request and call and all that, so if you’re somebody who has memory problems, or is elderly or something like that, you might have trouble with this Like I have … when I called, I was told somebody would reach out to me when my prescription was ready so I can go and get it. The pharmacy is now closed and I never got a call again so when I was told my prescription would be an hour that was at 4 o’clock and they close at six that should tell you something. I think I’ll be switching pharmacies again. And specific medication‘s seem to always be out of stock at this pharmacy like methylphenidate for my son who suffers severely with ADHD. Sometimes I can only get 10 pills. He takes two a day that would be five days if I get one on Monday for only 10 to last till Friday. Then my son hast to go cold turkey off these stimulants psychotropics for two days suffering I am not cool with that, so yeah I think I’m gonna be forced to look for a different pharmacy I just can’t hack it with you guys anymore

We recently moved out to Brighton. So we’re in the process of transferring our medicine to your location. The evening pharmacy staff 8/31/23 were completely professional. Although they were extremely busy and overwhelmed they totally were rocking it out! Everyone was cared for and they are an amazing team!

I tried to transfer my prescriptions from King Soopers almost a month ago. I filled out a transfer note and gave her all my info. I called last week and the lady told me she would take care of my transfer, just needed to verify with my doc. I called today to see if my rx was ready, she said I wasn't even in the system. I guess I'll try Walgreens, or online. Good thing I didn't need insulin or anything important like my Blood Pressure pills!!!??♀️??♀️I should of read the reviews before I even tried to transfer...smh

I am so disappointed in this Walgreens Pharmacy! Every time I go in there is a very long wait! The poor pharmacy technicians are running around doing 10 things at once so naturally mistakes are made! Yesterday I had 4 refills, but when I got home only 3 were in the bag! Had to go back and had to stand in line again to pick up the missing prescription. If this was a sometime experience it wouldn't be too bad but I have been using them for 9 months and the service is getting worse! It was actually better during Covid! It's time to find a better pharmacy!

If you want your prescriptions filled on time or on the fill date don't bother coming here. They are constantly out of stock of everything and will take over a week to get it.

Purchase beer here. Got home to realize it was expired....like 4 months expired. Contacted Walmart customer service who kicked the issue back to management at this specific store location. Store management at this location never contacted me. Save yourself the hassle and just go a little further up the street to king Soopers.

I am beyond angry! This pharmacist thought he would go out of his way to tell the Dr how he should prescribe pain meds. To make a long story short. A friend of mine was on pain meds and after two scripts of this very strong pain killer. This pharmacist contacted the describing Dr, God knows what was said so now my friend is unable to step down off these. Like anyone that knows pain meds knows "STEP DOWN, TAPER, WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT!" WAY to go pharmacist, you should worry about doing your job. Not the Doctors.

Shopping here is a last resort. The parking lot is small and unsafe, the layout of the store is confusing and product is often mis-labeled and scattered on the shelves. Worth driving another 5-10 minutes to Target.
