I’m not sure if this is where God sends us to practice patience or if it’s hell. Usually two tellers and a dozen people in line so it takes 30 minutes to make a deposit. Suggestion: maybe one teller that only does deposits or withdrawals so all the people with time consuming problems don’t hold everyone up.

Only leaving two stars as the staff is pretty nice. BUT if you are a person of at least moderate intelligence, have your stuff together and just want to conduct your business and get out DO NOT go this branch. I have been sixth in line and its taken 45+ minutes to get to a teller. A lot of the issues is a lot of the clientele that go here are non- English speakers and that always slows the process down and I understand they cant help that. Its still frustrating

This is not just the worst wells fargo, but the worst bank in the entire country. No matter the day or time, there is a line out the door. This store needs a new manager.

Spent several hours on the phone trying to fix some thing. They told us that we had to go in to the branch to fix it. The branch said we had to call online to fix it.

This place is trash along with all the people that work here.! I’d give zero stars if I could, had to wait 30 min to be told I need a appointment pathetic waste of time and unprofessional.!

All websites state, ‘Wells Fargo will exchange rolled coins for cash’ not this one!!! It’s not in writing and the tellers/managers won’t say why…. Wells Fargo is number 4 out of top 5 that ‘say’ they will. Don’t go to this Wells Fargo. What a waste of time.

Went here to get a credit card and all they told me was too wait for the next person to help me… there was no people inside, so they can say they are busy and all of the workers there were just have a conversation and laughing… waited 1 hr and and again and they told me to wait. total waste of my time thanks

Taking our business elsewhere because of the judgmental older woman that started recently. Two weeks in a row she has been rude and barely helpful. You really should screen these tellers better to weed out the old bitties.

Been with Wells Fargo for over 12 years and all of the sudden this old lady starts there and has a superiority complex and no customer service skills whatsoever. Shame on you Wells Fargo for just hiring any old woman off the streets and allowing her to treat people with such disrespect.

Branch manager had terrible customer service. Gave attitude when I was nothing but nice. Ignored me for 30 min before I had to leave.
