If I could give zero stars I would. I called the pharmacy and have been put on hold for more than 50 minutes. They have never gotten my prescription correct or missing something that I have to come back later or tomorrow.

I called inquiring passport portrait info, they told me they were available until 8pm for that service. I walked in at 3pm, the lady at the photo station rudely tells me nope we are closed for passport photos. I responded well I called today to make sure I could come in, she says nope we are short staffed. I asked when can I come in, she said maybe tomorrow...

0/5 HORRIBLE experience. Kimberly was snippy and just wouldn't listen. They play God by holding up your prescription WITHOUT REASON.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. The pharmacy is not efficient and can not multitask. I have tried to fill now 5 prescriptions here and EVERYTIME there's an issue. Waited in line in the drive thru for 30 mins each time except once I went in and waited 25 mins. The last one I tried to fill the doctors office had to send the order 4x and apparently they had it the whole time.

This Walgreens is terrible! I sit in the pharmacy pickup line for half an hour, I left because the line was not moving. I came back about an hour later and sit for another 20 min. Who knew it was so difficult to hand a prescription through a window and take a payment for it.

I came to the Brighton Walgreens twice to get 6 pictures printed. Carol stated I must have release from photographer. I get a signed text from photographer come back the next day and she will not accept it because it is not on his letterhead. She was talking very condescending. I said I would like to speak to your manager, she then gave me the store card. I called she answered the phone and said he does not have direct line. I asked for regional managers number, she said she does not have it. I said it is lively when someone has power and they use it incorrectly. She said thank you have a nice day. Being in this town and acting that way is an unfortunate display of how Brighton really is. Don't use them.
