Mostly just rude. High prices. Good selection is the only reason for 2 stars.

I had an issue with expired wine and while you will need to call the manager for a refund, she called back and offered a resolution. I appreciate that.

Very mediocre selection, and prices are WAY too high. 30% higher in some cases. Won't be coming back. 3/10 would not recommend.
