My husband and I stood at the register for close to 10 minutes waiting for the person on duty to ring us up. When she was finished and came to ring us, we decided last second to maybe buy another item and were talking to each other and the cashier Yelled at us, impatiently, interrupting us, rudely and loudly.
I had to ASK HER? to be patient??after we waited for nearly ten minutes AND watched someone come in, choose candy directly behind her and then walk out without paying BECAUSE she was taking so long. Then she YELLS impatiently at US? She never even once apoligized for making us wait for so long.

So I went out to get more propane. Initially I drove to the 7-11 at 11275 Main Street in Broomfield. When I got there the guy said he couldn’t sell propane. So before I made the drive to this one I wanted to call and make sure they could sell propane. It rang and rang and no one answered. Needing the propane I decided to just drive over there anyway. As I was driving there, I continued to call the store. Again no one was answering. I finally showed up at the store where I found the employe standing behind the counter doing nothing. I wanted to test my theory. I called the store while inside sure enough the employee just stood there and let the phone ring. So after watching her just stand there and ignore the phone. I walked to the counter and asked for propane. I then realized why she was not answering the phone. She was on a personal call talking on her ear buds. She continued the conversation while she was getting the propane. She is the laziest employee. This happened on 3/12/25 at 7:30pm. I’m sure that is enough info so you can figure out which employee I’m talking about. I have to leave that info because the employee was not wearing a name tag which I’m sure is something 7-11 requires.

Be Careful!!!!!! with your Debit/EBT/Credit Cards at this Location, I only used my EBT card at 2 locations here at this 7/11 and at Walmart up the road.
I'm assuming that this was the location that copied my card info and Stole all my EBT Benefits for the month.
I'm very careful with my cards and money so that's how I know it was most likely stolen from here.
You should stick to using cash only if you Shop here.
Be careful out there!

ZERO COFFEE. I used drip machine, no coffee. I used the espresso machine, just water. Why are there 6 coffee machines?!? I used the powdered coffee and got my powdered sugar coffee. The employees shirt says “free coffee or it’s free” I advised him of the situation and he shrugged his shoulders.

I went here for gas and milk. I grab milk, pay, go back to my car and buckle my toddler in his car seat. I go to pump my gas and the pump isn’t on. Trying to avoid going back inside with my child who is cranky, I press the help button on the pump. No answer. I call the location on the phone. No answer. I ask another customer to get the attendants attention. He waits for another 3 minutes and finally returns to point to a receipt that shows that my payment timed out as he was watching me load my child into the car. Like why would you not just give me time to get to the pump? Or tell me I only have 2 minutes to pump gas because you see I have a small child? I leave with no gas. I get home and the milk is expired. It smells and is clearly spoiled. I need to go back out on an empty tank to go buy more milk so my kid can get to sleep. Do not go here.

Gentleman at the counter is very kind, and this is one of the few locations that knows how to use the 7-11 wallet on the app!

Stay away from this 7-11. Outside air compressor does not work correctly and despite "7-11" clearly indicated on the top of the machine (see image), the 7-11 employee disavowed all responsibility for the machine and refused to refund the money.

These 5 stars make no sense. If I go in early on Saturday before 6 A.M. it's horrible. Usually all the slurpee machines are thawed, no food prepped, floors looked like weeks of never mopped, stuff all over the place. Food items are supposed to be 6 inches off the floor on a pallet these containers are straight on the filthy floor when stocking. And you're an inconvenience for coming in at all as well. The asian lady is amazing for customer service but she is there later. Everyone else, ?..Even going in at 10 P.M. once we got the oldest worst food that had sat in the heat lamp forever. Its gone down hill.

the 7-Eleven has very fast service considering it has gas pumps as well it's a very busy place but I've never had to wait in line more than 2 minutes very clean staff there is very friendly and helpful you can buy money orders there. it's very clean very accessible that two entrances to the parking lot. very close to home. I would recommend this business to anyone needing to stop quick and fast.

Every single time I come here the customer service is so horrible, always on thier phone calling someone about drama, not caring, having to wait until they are done talking on the phone, etc. Just today a women there made me wait until she was done on the phone, was super annoyed because she had to tell whoever she is talking too, to hold on, then just tosses the recipt like im a trash can, can sat down talking to whoever it is laughing. Usually I don't care nor make Google reviews but this is every time I come in!
