Great service! Great explanation of options for repair. I could not afford to complete everything that needed to be done so they worked with me to make sure I could get back on the road and get the other repairs in the future as money allows. Great pricing as well. Customer service (Jake) was also very good at communicating the pricing and time for repair as well. I am very happy with my experience and this will be my go to from now on.

They fixed some issues with my Versa for a good price. Made a follow up appointment to get a few other things taken care of, probably going to make this place my go to mechanic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff ?

Prompt service, transparent and fair pricing, and very knowledgeable staff. Hard to find repair shops to trust and Accountable is great to have on my shortlist when I need repairs and don’t want to worry that I’m getting a fast one pulled on me.

Great at communicating on what is going on with my older gal when it comes to importance or what can be diverted down the road. I use to take my car to dealerships to get fixed or maintained but have always wanted to find a local mechanic shop. I have found my local mechanic to trust! They were able to fix a sensory light that has been on for over 7 years. Previously the dealerships were never able to figure it out and just chalked it up to a faulty wire. Accountable Auto Care solved the problem! Thank you!

Amazing service!!! I took my car into a different shop and they were going to charge me $1500 for repairs to my coolant system. I brought it here and they charged my $500 and was done within one day! Amazing customer service and I will absolutely be returning!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTI know Mark from a business network and I have decided to give him some business to try his services as he seemed knowledgable at the time.Personal car:Oil change for my personnel car and check engine light.They charged me the oil change, the diagnosis for check engine light (gas cap to replace), the gas cap and the labor for gas cap.They charged me $250 labor to put the cap on....Obviously ridiculous, I paid and talked to Mark and his decision was to give me credit because he agreed, I shouldn't not have been charged $250 to put a cap on.I didn't like the fact that it was a credit but because I was building a relationship with him and was sending him next my fleet van, that didn't bug me much.Business van:One of my van was diagnosed with an engine failure and not under warranty anymore. We have to change the engine. My van was at the dealership and I decided to have Mark do the work as it was a big project (about 16k) and I would rather work with him to support his business so we towed the van to his location. This was the biggest mistake of my life.They changed the engine and when ready, Mark informed me that the transmission went out. He assures me that transmission can go out without notice and quote me 7k to change the transmission.At this point, I have a doubt as I never had any issue with the transmission and all was in good working condition when we dropped it to him.I towed the van to my primary mechanic to find out the transmission hasn't been properly reinstalled. (During testing found that input speed sensor was not connected. Reconnected and codes went stored.) My mechanic connected the transmission properly and all is working. Mark was going to charged me 7k for something that was not needed.Total cost $150 to fix his mistakeIt doesn't stop here:After a week of use, van issue and we have to tow it to our mechanic. they found out the belt shaved off from improper tracking on pulley system. Pulley installed backwards. total cost $1000 to fix his mistakeAnd now:Engine overheat, we had it towed again and the first diagnosis came in to say the cooling system was not installed properly so they redid it and they informed me that the cooling system may not be compatible with the new engine they installed.They also notice a clicking noise in the engine that is not normal and are examining the issue right now.Bottom line, we may need to change again the engine due to improper installation.Total cost probability another 18k to fix his mistakeI confronted mark with this (I have all in email) and Mark always make excuses and doesn't want to take responsibilities.He didn't pay us back all the work we had to do to fix his mistakes. (if I remember correctly, He sent me $150 for the diagnosis but I haven't got my $250 for the gas cap neither all the extra work we did listed above)I will take action in justice against the shop because the damages are far worst than his lack of competences.STAY AWAY AT ALL COST FROM THIS SHOPPS: I also had some other bad experience with this company that I didn't listed here. TRULY, stay away

I had a great experience with Mark and his team. They are super friendly and they tell you the truth about your vehicle and what is needed and things that don't have to be done. I don't know much about vehicles, so it's so great when you have a place you can trust. I highly recommend Accountable Auto Care

I can’t say enough good things about Accountable Auto Care!! I brought my car to them for a second opinion after taking it to the dealer. The work the car needed was upwards of $12,000. They could have done the work and taken my money but instead they said the car was going to have the same problems in a few years and so they advised trading the car in now. Then when I was car shopping they cleared a bay for me on short notice so I could bring the potential car in for an inspection. They have earned a life long customer!

Once again, this shop is trustworthy and very helpful regarding honest assessments, such as whether it is worth fixing on my almost 30-year-old commuter. They have honest conversations with fair prices, and they are great at being flexible with your schedule needs while also honoring their staff’s work-life balance by not being open on weekends. Typically this would deter me from a shop, but it hasn't been an issue with the quality of work getting done or the time frames given. It's common for female-identified humans to get royally screwed through bias in the automotive industry. Mark isn't that guy, nor is his shop.

The guy didn’t even run the codes on my vehicle to find out what was wrong.He changed my oil and cabin air filter for $300. $189 of that was just labor. My husband could have done this for under $50. Then the guy had the nerve to say he *thinks* my hybrid battery is the problem. I don’t pay you to make guesses! I won’t be coming here again. They present themselves well but it’s an over priced mechanic like any other. Had to take it to a second mechanic who would actually read the codes.

Thanks, Mark, for saving my pickup,I had issues with my F250, I made a mistake and had a guy look at my truck and it ended catching on fire. I had it towed to Accountable and Mark to care of me,I recommend Accountable with 5 Stars.Mike
