Active Lab is just what I needed to get back on track! Kyle Bowers is a fantastic trainer. I'm getting stronger every week, learning the right way to lift and haven't experienced the pain in my hips or shoulders I'd been dealing with before I started working out with Kyle! It's truly been a game changer for me.

The best gym in CO! I’ve been working with Kyle Bowers for 2 years and have made more progress in those 2 years than I have in my whole fitness career. He has taught me how to Olympic Weightlift and I now plan to compete! He has kept me safe and focused on my mobility and stretching. I would recommend Kyle to anyone!

Active Lab is the best place to work out if you are trying to change how you look and feel. I've been working with my trainer Kyle Bowers for almost 2 years. We've been on a long journey together. I'm strong, I've lost a ton of weight and now best shape of my life at 43. In fact, I look so great, my husband started to see Kyle earlier this year and loves his results. The Lab is a trainers gym - so you don't have to wait around to use the equipment needed during workouts. It is very easy for the trainers to focus on you without having to work around the public like at the big gyms. We love it.

I’ve been training with Kyle Bowers at Active Lab for 6 months and I’m so thankful for the space to be focused on individual progress. Kyle is a superb trainer with a focus on building a plan for you individually. He has kept me safe and focused on what my body can handle while pushing what I thought was possible. I am so much stronger than I ever thought possible. His background in CrossFit and focus on mobility makes training so fun!

Active lab is a SAFE, clean, organized, fully stocked, motivating, non-judgemental place to achieve your fitness goals. Every trainer there is top-notch and super approachable, warm, and knowledgeable. Such a great community of peeps. Dustin, Marc, Devyn, Kyle, David, and Wandy, are all flippin' fantastic. I also LOVE that they have Chiropractic and Massage Therapy ON-SITE! Alyssa the Massage Therapist is brilliant and knows exactly what you need to care for your body to get those results. #BigFan

Listen, I'm what most people consider a weekend warrior. I workout in the morning and sit at a desk for my 9 to 5. I also attempt athletic activities on the weekend. Did I mention I"m 46 years old and don't recover from injuries as quick as I used to? That's where Active Labs comes in. Everytime I see Dustin he challenges me to do things I haven't done before. I came in with a challenging goal and everyday I'm there I feel closer to reaching that goal. He explains what we're doing and how it help me to getcloser to my goal. If you want to be pushed, educated and treated like a human then check them out. The entire staff is amazing

This gym has the best trainers and culture around. They have an amazing team of Personal Trainers, Chiropractors, and messeuses so they provide a lot of value. The equipment is in great condition, always clean, and there is plenty of equipment to keep the workouts fresh.

If you are thinking about signing up for a personal trainer here - do it! And ask for Matt White!My husband and I have been working out with Matt for about 9 months. I was feeling sluggish and not as active as I used to be pre-COVID and was looking to generally tone up. My other goal was to build muscle on my legs, glutes, etc to protect my knees as I occasionally have some knee pain. Matt is incredibly conscientious about this and makes sure we do workouts that do not cause knee pain.In the past 9 months I've put on muscle while lowering my percent body fat. I've also had to donate clothes because there were too tight around my glutes. Aka I'm seeing the gains and I feel great!Additionally, Matt is very thoughtful around ensuring mobility increases in addition to strength and cardiovascular training. I'm able to go much deeper into pigeon pose (for those familiar with yoga).Overall, I enjoy working out with Matt, as he is always open to feedback, easy to talk to, and will push you hard to help you obtain your goals. :)

Dustin has been working with me weekly for 9 months. I have lost 20 lbs and can now deadlift 280 lbs. I’m glad to have made Active Lab a part of my fitness routine.

I trained here for about a year. This is a great facility with great trainers. Marc Mangan was my trainer and helped me reach all my goals. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

This is a great gym if you want to see results. Dustin is my trainer and he's awesome. He keeps it fun and challenging and keeps up great conversation, so I find it fun to go in. My observation of the other trainers is positive as well. The gym is very clean and they are doing a good job of maintaining distancing and sanitizing behind everyone. It's also nice having massage therapy and chiropractors available on side to work with as needed. I definitely recommend checking it out.

This is by far my favorite gym. I went here with my girlfriend and we worked with Dustin. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional. Sessions were personalized to complement my lifestyle and work toward my goals. The gym is always clean on arrival and the trainers wear masks and clean equipment immediately after it's used. I'm in the best shape of my life!
