I went into Advanced auto parts because my car was intermittently not starting. The employee tested the battery and even though I could see it said on the device “cracking power good” the employee insisted I needed a new battery. So I purchased one, 3 days later I still have the same issue and I took it to my mechanic and said it was never the battery but the starter. I called Advanced Auto Parts and told them the situation and they told me to come to the store and they will refund me. When I got to the store with my receipt in hand they told me because they installed my battery they could not refund or return it. Their “free battery testing” is a scam just to get you to buy a battery and the second they install it you can’t do anything about it.

Yesterday I went into the store to get a couple parts. one of them they did't have but was told it would be there in a couple hours,I paid for both parts and went back 4 hrs later to pick up the 2nd part. They still didn't have it. i was told it would be there in the morning. I got home and realized they gave me the wrong part. I called about 4pm the next day to see if the first part was there, but it wasn't.So I went somewhere else and got both right parts. I went backto the first store to get my money back.

This advance is the best advance and the only one I’ll got too! Everyone I go in they treat me like family. They help me find what I need and get my parts ordered. I never have to come back with the wrong part unlike my previous experience with other parts stores. I was helped other day by Zane and we was externally helpful and got me taken care of ! Great advance !

I drive from Boulder and pass many parts stores to go to this location.. They are accurate!!! Friendly and actually appreciate your business.. Very rare these days.. Zane, Joe and Darian you have earned a customer for life. Thank you all for always caring for people. Advance Auto is lucky to have people like you all.

Horrible customer service. I had questions about recharging my a/c and Zane was the clerk I dealt with. He lacks basic customer service skills and was condescending when I asked him questions. Products displayed were not labeled correctly on price, I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

This store should be closed! I am done with buying bad aftermarket parts from shi*ty caquest from Advance! They say there is no record of purchase and this the box number and receipt number are not maching! After all they sold a wrong part to me leaving me with 350$ for that!Same thing last year with some CV axles..Didnt last a year!Just dont go there folks!

Bought two die hard batteries a year ago for my diesel truck. One is no good. Called store and conveniently no record of my purchase. How do you sell a warranty item and not register it properly? Die hard used to be a good battery. Won't be buying another one. Won't be shopping here .

I’ve got commercial accounts at other auto parts stores but not here This place is crazy, you can get the wrong part and they won’t return it because he says auto parts stores don’t take returns on electronic items because they don’t know if it was installed. Well it’s the wrong part you gave me so how could I have installed it when it doesn’t even fit? I have commercial accounts everywhere else and never have a problem with returns at other places if it’s the wrong part take it back and give me the right parts seems pretty easy. There system constantly says I haven’t purchased anything when I have receipt showing I did. I think The best part of this store I’ve ordered new rotors but received used ones multiple times and then they have no record on my account of me ordering and paying for the rotors I gotta show the paper receipt it’s wild

Stopped for a quart of synthetic oil and the sales where so good I purchased two oil change’s worth of oil and filters. The staff where friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
