I usually don’t have a problem, but I arrived 30 minutes after a two-hour movie started, and they would not let me in. I go to one movie a week with my pass and have good experiences. I don’t understand why I couldn’t go in, especially since I already bought a ticket.

Im glad they clean the seats and theatre’s very well compared to in Boulder but they need to fix their Imax #13 its making a mechanical purring noise the whole way through the movie, real prominent during quiet scenes smfh
