My wife was here 2 weeks ago to upgrade her iPhone. Whoever the salesman was added a line to our account without our authorization so not only were we paying for an extra line (finally removed and refunded today via AT&T corporate help), we are also no longer receiving the trade in value until after January due to some arbitrary rule about upgrading and adding a new line (again, done fraudulently). He also added extra protection and the extra monthly charge to upgrade phones early, neither of which were asked for. Not a big charge but still garbage business. Second time this has happened in the last 3 months with AT&T, tired of it.

Te Von and Bryan were so helpful! They got my daughter a new phone and everything transferred over fast and seamlessly. They helped us figure out accessories and chargers. It was the best experience I've ever had at an at&t store

Never purchase anything through here. They are not a corporate store. They just want to make the sale and never see you again.Kevin the manager does not want to speak to customers with issues and they do not have any problem solving skills. Just go to the Flatirons mall there is a corporate store there.

I had a great experience here, bought a new phone and new watch and TeVon provided excellent customer service the entire time. If you're looking to leave with a new phone, this store has them in stock and TeVon helped keep my monthly bill low while still providing me new products to walk out of the store and enjoy!

Never purchase anything through here. They are not a corporate store. Tried to come to the store at 6:00 pm. They close at 7pm. The store was closed for a break... they close in an hour. Dude in there was short and didn't wanna help until we told him we were opening a new account. Then he was friendly and ready to help.Bought a new iPhone and wasn't aware that they changed the charger so I trying calling the next time to see if a plug is supposed to come with the new phone or now. Got hung up on twice trying to find this out

COMMISSION HAWKS...Went to this location to get a SIM card for my hotspot. Wanted the cheapest plan to compete with the T-Mobile $55 5G Internet. Signed up for what was supposed to be a $65 unlimited plan. I get my first bill and it is $160. I go back to the store and they say it's prorated and they'll discount the activation fee on the next months bill. I get the next months bill, not only is the activation fee not refunded, it's $106. I call AT&T customer service and they signed me up for the most expensive plan and put a device warranty for $17 a month on a SIM card! I'll never go back to this location and if they are w third party vendor, which I believe they are, AT&T should revoke their corporation status.

this is the worst AT&T store I have ever been to. this store has messed up our business account on several occasions. the stories are too long to even type. long story short. after they messed up several things. there solution was to add additional lines on to our account to get us cheaper phones without telling us. now we have 3 lines on a business account that we do not use. If we want to cancel these lines we need to pay off the devices signed to the lines. We had no idea that the new devices were set up to the phone lines we are not using. I recently found out there are 2 different types of ATT stores. corporate stores and franchised stores. this store is a franchised store so they run it renegade style doing what ever they want. the corporate stores are run with stricter guidelines and run with way more integrity. I will never go to a franchise store again based on my passed experience.it absolutely kills me to write a negative google review however I feel people should know that this store has made made my bill go from $400 a month to $800 a month. and now we have 3 lines on our account that we can't cancel until we pay off $1,600 in devices.

Chris at AT&T store off 120th and Sheridan was phenomenal! Too many times I’ve gone in the AT&T stores and the people in there don’t know anything it was a delight working with somebody that actually knew what they were doing and was able to help resolve my issue with efficiency, quality and fast resolution with phenomenal customer care! Chris, I hope you get your accolades for great customer service, which is by far become too rare. Thank you for being one of the rare employees at AT&T that I enjoyed working with. This store is very clean and organized. Chris was patient and knowledgeable and helped answer all of my questions. If you are thinking about switching providers come to THIS LOCATION for help. 10/10 recommend.

Horrible management, wow. I asked what could be done about the terrible service we have had and the response verbatim " I don't care if you leave Att" lol almost funny but more embarrassing than anything. I asked for a manager he said he WAS the manager. Now it was funny. We are obviously closing our account with Att they were really disgraceful and had no professionalism to speak of. This store specifically though, avoid it at all costs. It will create more distaste than what is likely deserved due to the staff they have. Give your employees more tools to assist their customers, top down is where the problem lies as always.

My husband and I went here last month to buy a new phone. I bought a new phone grip (clicker brand) and a couple of other accessories. Kyle assured us that that store was the best place to buy phone accessories because they had the best return policy, a year long, if it breaks you’re covered, etc. The glue wore out and the strap came unstuck after just a few weeks of normal use. I was not rough or excessive in any way. We tried to return or exchange it today and they wouldn’t take it because “it was broken.” Well, yes, obviously, it’s broken but it’s defective. It shouldn’t break so soon and we were told all about the excellent return policy when purchased. The person we spoke to it kept repeating “it’s broken, the policy doesn’t apply to broken items.” We left with no resolution.

I’ve been to this AT&T store twice now and received very fast excellent service! I just upgraded my iPhone yesterday with Chris and he was awesome - very knowledgeable and helpful!
