Spray tan does not last since they changed from ATB. And no more free ad ons with monthly subscriptions. Also, there are a few staff members who are shady and clearly related to that used car sales guy most of us have met. But most of the staff is great besides that... I'm just not happy with the downgrades in everything since the change. And the fee to freeze your membership every month you do. Lame.

I went it to tan at 5:45 on Sunday evening September 24th, 2023. All I asked for was a spray tan, not a bed tan. The girl working informed that she had already on taken off the pieces of the Versa machine. She said I could go in there, but “there is a risk I would not tan evenly”. What she really meant was there was absolutely no possibility of me tanning evenly. The machine sprayed one straight line over my body with a ton of pressure. I immediately started using the blending cream and towel to wipe it off but there was spotting all over that was not wiping off already. I have been an at the beach member for 9 years before it was palm beach tan and I have never been told I could not spray tan 15 min before close. I also watched her let someone bed tan at 5:47 pm so there was no reason I could not have spray tanned. For her to let someone bed tan, then tell me that I could not spray tan immediately after, makes no sense. There is absolutely no reason she couldn’t have put the part back on the nozzle that turns it to mist. That was the only part off of the machine. When I was walking out she said “have a good night”, I did not respond. She did not even ask me it sprayed okay or not. In almost ten years of being a member here this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

So I walk in here to get a spray tan with my girlfriend for a wedding. I let the girl at the counter know what we want to do. ( I've tanned here for a long time off and on) anyways... the manager Christina is talking to my girlfriend at the time. Well she puts her hand up looks at me and says I got this. Unbelievably disrespectful and rude. At the beach they have always been rude and nasty they are cut throat sales people. Changing the name to Palm Beach tanning doesn't change anything. Go somewhere else.

Tamed here 4 years the staff great cleans well not great . But name changed price omg thank god I’m locked in . But no one answers phone and the tan rule every 24 hours is not a Co law it’s the company and they need to stop saying that . This part is probably going to push me to tan elsewhere don’t tell me what time of day I can tan or take appointments!!!! That simple new one side for walk ins and one side for appointment and move your system to be me logistics than highest to lowest ……. Step it up new owners or loose a ton of us ! Many other new companies to compete with !!! Oh and get more spa services to offer cocoon zero gravity chair things to do why u wait to tan dah .Logistics go a long way into Sales into $ easy $ give what people want and don’t know they need ..Thanks and I love my staff at 120 Broomfield they have done well implementing your new changes they do more than most for you . Terrible Customer Service! The lady was very rude on the telephone. I was not explained about a contract they said I could pay month to month on my own terms. I even bought your whole set of items to use for tanning. I called today on the day I was charged and the lady said I was not able to have a refund. I didn’t come in two weeks of last month due to an eye infection. I was now charged again for this month and will not be using this place. This place has terrible customer service and want to rip off their customers. I say go elsewhere. I wouldn’t refer this place to nobody.

Christina at the front desk was terrible. She refused to answer my questions just because I wanted a lighter/less aggressive option. She told me to “just go stand outside” and then proceeded to give me a false customer service number/fake GM information.Don’t waste your Monday here!!

Please contact the original person from that comment! No arrangement as been put in place! Misguided by a staff member, that didn’t follow the direction from the customer. Still have to chase after 2months—-I am incredibly disappointed in my interactions with Palm Beach Tan. I was in Colorado in December 2022 on vacation and decided to get a tanning package while I was there for 1 month. Apparently in 2023, At the Beach was acquired by Palm Beach Tan so everything was changing or switching over which i wasnt made aware of either. Since then I have been charged an exorbent amount and have been told that the girls at the front counter can't refund it and to contact customer service. I did and was told she also couldn't refund it and that I could file a dispute. None of the issues have been made clear as to why I have been charged over $150 for one month of tanning and no one can seem to make it make sense. All I keep hearing is excuses or some hidden fee I wasn't told about. This has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. It's even more frustrating because the girl who signed me up was confident that all the things I was worried about would be fine and now I'm literally paying for it all.

My favorite location of all I’ve been to. Kristina is always welcoming and kind. Very clean and great equipment. Quincy is also helpful. Would love to see the Grant Street location get some love as their equipment is tired and awful. The employees get trashed from the time they open the door due to the lack of good equipment and repairs for them. Great employees there who don’t deserve it. I drive 3 times as far to come to this location which is a shame. It’s worth it though. Sincerely, a customer from a long time. Love the red light!!

I called the front desk because my spay tan didn't turn out right. I was told yesterday that if the color wasn't right I could come back the following day.When the lady answered the phone she took my number and said she'd call back after speaking with her manager. Well, 20 min goes by and no call back. So I called and heard a "hello" then click. Then the line was busy, then it wasn't, and when someone would pick up, they'd hang up for like 10 minutes. I just don't understand what the deal is in resolving this matter. It seems very unprofessional and strange to just avoid all of my calls rather than just pick up. After this experience I don't think I'll be coming back. Poor customer service.

I'm so glad the Lousville girls were able to make this spot their new home (these two are AWESOME). The place is always clean, professional and friendly. Sarah will go out of her way to help out customers and make them feel like family (she's the best- You've got yourself a gold star employee At The Beach!). I can't recommend this salon enough!

This location is the best I've ever seen. I've been a member for years and this is it!! Taylor keeps it so clean, the equipment is great and the Versa Pro is amazing. Thank you for all you're doing Taylor. My new location despite it being further from home.

Just tried to spray tan for the first time. Sat for 25 minutes as the person at the desk took everyone that came in after me before me. Then asked about the coupon because this was my first time, there is hardly any service at the store so the bar code would not load. As I was trying to get it pulled up on the website the front desk girl left the desk to go clean a bed. It was clear my money and time were not needed or wanted. Train your people better.

Most of the girls that work here are incompetent and snotty. They need to tone down the attitude a lot. But the beds are nice.
