I stopped at this store a few weeks ago and was able to get the information I needed to get a new line thanks to Jaime, he gave me detailed information about plans and payments. Good customer service.

They switched my service from Firstnet to regular AT&T without informing me or getting my consent.
Now I am paying more for a service I did not want.

Felipe and John, thank you so much for helping me with restoring my service and going above and beyond by walking me restoring my phone backup to the replacement! You did leaps and bounds more than anyone in this mall and deserve all the incentives this company offers to both amazing employees ans dang decent human beings. In January this year, my Apple phone was not connecting with the AT&T network. Arugh, I had just come from the Apple store and could not receive text messages! The guys at the AT&T store were super patient, knowledgeable and got me hooked back on their network! The store manager, their super tech and the new guy got it done for me.
I'd give them six stars if I could!

Sandra greated me as soon as I entered leaving my wait time at 0. Every question I had got a sure answer. I was in and out in no time. Very good customer service and did I mention I'm enjoying my purchase.
