Car didn’t start this morning after having sit for the holidays. , so went to the Autozone location in Broomfield to have the battery check. Yvette was there to help and confirmed the battery was dead as it looked like the original. She explained the different options for my car and gave some recommendations. They were getting busy so I just asked to borrow a few tools so I could swap out the battery . To my luck I broke off the screw and couldn’t secure the battery. Yvette was so kind to help get my battery secured back on while still helping others customers. She was extremely patient and determined to help me while maintaining the store needs. Thanks again to the Autozone in Broomfield , especially Yvette, she was fantastic!!! 😊

Always have issues at this location. The manager is very rude. We've tried exchanging a few things. One that we opened and looked at the product, and realized it was the wrong one. Unused. She wouldn't let us return the item. Even though it was also within the 90 day return policy. Whether this is her or auto zones policy, I've worked in customer service and this is not how you run a business. Any time she's there we hate dealing with her. Because of this we will not be returning and going to O'Reilly instead.

Was told I would get a refund after THEIR employee didn’t give me a receipt, only to walk in and only be given store credit. How about your employees honor what they say. Greedy fingers doesn’t get returning business.

They have good customer service and if a part you bought there no longer works for you or you didn't use it just with the phone number they will refund your money or give you credit.

My mother's car needed a new battery. Unfortunately, this is common since she doesn't drive much. The battery was still under warranty, and they said that they would take care of it for me. The guys there were amazing and helped upgrade me to a battery that would hopefully work better for her situation. Not only did they give me some advice about a trickle charger and other ways to help maintain the battery, but they also put the new battery in for me at no cost. Sam and Nick were so helpful and sweet. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sam actually helped me in the past and was very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you guys so much for everything.

Daniel G. was absolutely phenomenal! His dedication to customers is unmatched. He went above and beyond, helping me choose plates, figure out the screwdriver, and handle everything I needed from start to finish. This was hands down one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I am so grateful to have Daniel at my local auto shop. This place is truly lucky to have him!
