Nothing but incompetence here. Came in to do a simple return. Barcode wouldn't scan, and the guy told me I was basically SOL. He said go to a different store. I said what is a different store going to do that you can't do right now? I even asked if he could type in the order number manually and he wouldn't. No customer service, or common sense. Don't come here.

I needed to replace the batteries in 2 car key fobs but had no idea how to do it. Josh P at the Broomfield Auto Zone quickly, efficiently and very kindly did it for me. I truly appreciate his willingness to help an old lady navigate through what was for, her was a big issue! Thank you so much, Josh! What a great employee!

Walked into the store just after 8, no one around, finally had to call out for someone. "Josh" came from the back, grabbed my online order from the shelf and immediately took a phone call = more waiting. A young woman from the back finally came up to help, she was very attentive. Short story: go to a different store...

Josh M went above and beyond assisting us with replacing our battery. Tested our battery, cleaned some of the corrosion.
We experienced some errors on our dash and he stayed assisted us with what what to do next.
Everything was quick and pleasant.

Experienced excellent customer service at this store. Dominic went above and beyond to help me out with battery issues. He is a great asset to the company and anyone that needs assistance in the store. I’ve been a customer at Autozone for years and this was my best experience.
