My mom and I were walking by and saw a sign encouraging stopping in if you have dry hands, normally we wouldn’t stop but we figured why not!? We were greeted by the NICEST employees with fresh tea and a cute Halloween setup with a complimentary scrub, mask, lotion and massage combo for our hands. We loved every second! It was three ladies working at the time and they were so kind, pleasant with conversation and honestly better hand massages than I get at my spa treatments at hotels. I have enough products to fill a drawer currently so wasn’t in the market to buy BUT they were never pushy or made us feel like we needed to buy something. This whole experience made me excited to come back for gifts and maybe something for myself in the future when I’m in need. It was a really nice experience. I wish I had their names :)

The women that work at this store are so kind, thoughtful and helpful. I had a lot of trouble with an order and they went above and beyond to make it right! When I am in the Boulder area, I will absolutely shop at this Aveda store. Thank you to Allie and all for your incredible customer service! You really are the best and I highly recommend your store!

It’s not worth to shop there. I paid 100% for hair products, spent few dollars short of $100 and didn’t even get any samples. Online shopping pays better

Wasn't open, no sign to denote that it was closed for any particular reason. It's 11 AM on a Friday. Every other store front is open.

The store manager Ali is the most homophobic, racist, intolerant person I’ve ever met I heard her call an overweight woman pregnant she kept recommending products that didn’t work for my skin she was so rude and judgmental clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing in there and simply should not work in retail maybe a kitchen restaurant where customers will never see her I’m so absolutely appalled and disgusted by the slurs I heard spewing out of her mouth as I was leaving I was a long time loyal customer and will never step foot in that establishment again…

Empty, boring mall. Lots of closed stores. Kids hang out here. Not much to see or do. The stone floors make it uncomfortable to walk around. I don't recommend this mall.

Flatirons Crossing is one of my favorited shopping destinations. Nordstrom's, Macy's, Dillard's, Crate and Barrel and Dick's Sporting Goods are the major anchors. A wide assortment of the specialty stores provide the boutique shopping experience. Parking is plentiful, and the Food Court is above average. Best of all has been the overall friendly service from the various staff members. Surrounding the main mall are several restaurants and specialty shops, which means that almost anything one might want can be found in a central location.

Flatiron shopping mall is clean and aesthetically appealing. I love shopping here. A great food court, area for little kids to play. Nordstroms being my favorite department store. Restaurants align the perimeter of the mall.

Train for the kids, a play area for kids, a corn hole set up to play, plenty of stores. Food court was nice. They had extra stores that you could walk to outside. It just seemed that there were plenty of shops. Two floors. I was impressed. For not a huge area to have this nice of mall was very impressive.
