Good place. However, the lady with thick framed glasses and brunette/dark hair is a crazzy control freak. She was sure to notify me and my and my spouse, "How to use the room sprays / what bottles to use." She also notified another group not to overuse the free use items. She definitely needs to chill out, I'm sure her coworkers think the same.

I love this place! So cute, well laid out, festive and joyful! but best of all, the BEST customer service I've had in retail in forever! I was helped by a young lady named Kelsie (sp?) and she was not only incredibly helpful, personable, funny and knowledgable of the product line!
She helped me find an amazing holiday gift, and I can't wait to give it to my loved one! 🥰🌈✨️
10/10 experience!! ♥️

We love this Bath & Body Location because we always order online/pick up in store and they are the ONLY Bath & Body that have ALWAYS had everything we want in stock, when the entire state of CO does NOT #LolButFacts It’s a little far for us to drive, but when you can literally get every single thing you want, and not pay the ridiculous $6.99 shipping (defeats the purpose of the fabulous sales/sale prices!!) Also, the staff is very kind, friendly, warm and welcoming which is SO NOT the case at the other locations that ARE close to us - MUCH APPRECIATED B&BW FLATIRONS CROSSING!! Lastly, it is at a huge mall, but just go in through Dick’s Sporting Goods and you will see it right outside Dick’s! Check it out - You def won’t be disappointed!!!!

I am a long standing customer of Bath and Body, and I have bought from the Flatirons location many times - but never again! The manager, Cassie, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called about a pick up and she snapped at me and then literally hung up. I thought, well she is having a bad day. But then I went in to pick up another order and the online had not worked well and again, she was rude and told me there was nothing she could do. No apology or wanting to get the details to let the IT know etc. - just totally unprofessional. I won't go back to this store.

The manager at this store is rude and has a mouth like a sailor. I don't recommend going there. They also don't except coupons.
