I ate lunch here at 3pm on a Sunday and it took 20 minutes for a waiter to come over with a menu after I sat down. My drink then remained empty for a good part of my meal. I got the hibachi steak, shrimp, and chicken. It wasn't horrible, but it was absolutely covered in pepper, so that was pretty much all I could taste. It certainly was not worth $60. Cold air was blasting in the entire place while it was 55 degrees outside, so my food got cold quickly. The entire restaurant needs a good deep cleaning. If you look up, there is dust caked onto the ceiling tiles around the air vents. Gross!! Everything is sticky. The drink menu at my table was sticky and smelled horrible. I feel bad for anyone paying this much for the overall experience if the food is this bland, service is this slow, and the restaurant is this dirty! You could go to any other hibachi restaurant around, even an express one where they don't cook in front of you, and get a much better experience for less than half the cost of Benihana.

We had reservations for a 4 year old birthday party. We had to wait a half hour because the people at front desk were clueless and were whispering to each other and not paying attention.Our waitress was SLOW-Asian girl with long hair. She kept telling us our chef would be right over and two hours later he showed up. He said " It's not my problem you had to wait, I just work here! Your lucky I came out when I did because the rice isn't even finished cooking"! We all just looked at each other in shock! Our salads finally came after 2 hours and they were wilted with slim (BACTERIA RIDDEN). Our waitress never refilled our water or drinks- she kept rolling her eyes when we would let her know we have already waited two hours and it was unacceptable to wait this long- then she just avoided us and acted like she didn't hear us when she would rush by. We told the manager and he said "They should be out soon...they are getting ready""! FOR WHAT? The manager doesn't care about all the complaints and I'm sure people are complaining hourly. The floors were SO filthy and my shoes were actually sticky to the floor like glue. The grill had old food stuck to it. When the cook finally came out, he used a filthy rag to wipe down the cook-top. After he cooked the shrimp he then started cooking the steak and prepared it all wrong. He never said anything except " Where are you guys from?" that was our entertainment! People come here for the chefs to crack jokes and entertain! After all our food was cooked and gone( TWO and a half hours later- We finally got our rice and it was hard and mushy at the same time. PIG SLOP! Sort the reviews by the lowest and you will get the true reviews for this place- At all costs-- AVOID this dump- Gross food and its filthy!

My dining experience at Benihana's on Easter was absolutely exquisite, thanks to Chef Davion and our waitress Kasey. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality.Chef Davion's culinary skills truly shone as he expertly prepared our food right before our eyes.The hibachi steak itself was cooked to perfection. It was the best steak I've had at Benihana's (and we visit often). Chef Davion's precise grilling technique ensured that each piece was evenly cooked and bursting with flavor. Not only was the steak cooked flawlessly, but Chef Davion also added his unique flair with perfectly timed flips and tricks that kept us entertained throughout the meal. He even made an extra fire volcano when my daughter requested it. He was amazing.Kasey, our waitress, provided impeccable service with a friendly smile and attentiveness to our every need. She ensured that our drinks were never empty and that we had everything we required to enjoy our meal to the fullest.Overall, the combination of Chef Davion's culinary expertise and Kasey's exceptional service made for an unforgettable dining experience at Benihana's. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a top-notch steak dinner served with flair and excellence. I can't wait to return for another memorable meal!

Went in for my Wife’s Birthday dinner. I could not believe what our Chief did. After cooking the Chicken and putting it on someone else’s plate that was sitting at our table he said I’m sorry that’s not yours and scooped it up and put it on my wife’s plate!! Unbelievable definitely will not be going back to this location.
