John at front desk and Mike in the bays at the Superior Big O really came through for me today! I really appreciated their willingness to help with adjusting my car’s tire pressure. It was all the tires and after I had left the car sitting for several months. They went the extra step to assure me that it wasn’t a big problem and they could take care of it immediately, which they did! Thank you Big O, John, & Mike!

Norman at Big O Tires was simply the best! He was able to assist me, all awhile handling 3 other customers. They helped me as my car limped in the parking lot with 4lbs of air in one tire with a large extension stuck in my tire.In and out just over an hour.
