Five stars are not enough for Bill Duggan Insurance Agent and State Farm! We called to take out Homeowner’s Insurance on our house, as we discovered the insurer we thought we had, had dropped us without notice. Jenny Harding at Bill Duggan’s got us all set up and going in one day! What a relief and what friendly and helpful service she provided us. Excellent rates! We recently had an incident with one of our cars insured by State Farm through Bill Duggan’s agency and that was another wonderful, easy, no sweat procedure that ended well and left us amazed, frankly. We highly recommend Bill Duggan Insurance Agent and State Farm!

I've been working with Rashel and she has made my whole insurance experience after buying my first condo and purchasing a new car this year SO easy! Her kindness and clarity and patience with all of my questions has been incredible. The customer service at Bill Duggan's office has been absolutely superb. Frankly, it's the best insurance agency we have dealt with in 40 years of insuring our homes, autos, and other things! Sean, Rashel, and Jenny are always friendly, available, prompt, and efficient. I have very much appreciated their honesty and integrity, and efforts to always make things right. All insurance costs are rising across the board so you may as well get the best customer service for your money and it has been stellar at Bill Duggan's agency. Strongly recommended.

I have been a customer of the Bill Duggan State Farm Office for 15 years. What started as a need for a policy of my motorcycle (they were priced far better than any quote), grew to insuring my primary vehicle, multiple motorcycles, renters policies and eventually my first home purchase. This also included help with a small auto claim (my bad). I look forward to continued business!!! Thank you to Sean and the team at the Bill Duggan agency.

Today I was looking to purchase home and business insurance for my restoration company, as soon as I got out of my truck i see this lady run from behind her desk and lock the door. Whoever she is has no idea how much money she just lost the agent , and obviously doesn’t care. It was a sign from God to take my business elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Bill Duggan State Farm for 3 years. The one time I was a day late on a payment, I literally heard from them multiple times per day until I paid. Was a mistake, thought I was on Auto-Pay.Recently I got into a car accident (other person at fault) ... and I could not get ANYONE from this office to call me back or contact me. The accident was 2 days ago, and I have heard Nationwide (the insurer of the other driver), from 3 body shops for quotes, and a car rental service. Still waiting to hear from State Farm...the national line is an option to call if you want to sit on hold for 45 mins.

I had auto and homeowners insurance bundled together for about six years. All seemed okay and we had a house fire and Bill Duggan was unreachable and on vacation for two weeks. Since that time he has never responded to a single e-mail. We found out we were underinsured in some areas and he had never followed up in that six years to see if things needed to be adjusted. He was definitely not there for us -- please go to an insurance broker and skip this office (and probably State Farm all together).
