When I paid off my car, apparently the lien information was never sent to the state to let them know the title changed. I did not have much other issue with them as a financing service. I contact BFCU about this issue and Colin Reeves was amazing and was able to get this sorted away. 5/5 stars for Colin, he was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

If I could put zero stars... I would. After 4 years of giving them my loyal and reliable business, this company has shown me they do not care about their clients in the slightest. It's disgraceful. They will never have my business again. Greedy, Unlawful and Heartless. It's disgusting.

Don't use BFCU unless you want to never have access to your funds. BFCU Has decided to randomly levy fees that were non-extistant prior to, staff previously guaranteed there were no such fees. They, after filing an NCUA complaint, decided to pause the ability to transfer funds in/out, and canceled a pending transfer. They are now holding ransom over 1k in funds when I'm unemployed and have bills to pay. They refuse to be helpful, and I have now filed a follow up complaint with the NCUA. I still have not received any communications or correspondence regarding my account, other than a threatening email about reporting me to credit bureaus. I don't even have any lines of credit with BFCU. I'm unable to make any successful contact with BFCU. They have my email, address, and phone on file. Never use BFCU, they are greedy thieves and unethical at best for any form of savings, checking, or otherwise.

I've never had a harder time trying to give my money to anyone than these guys. Unfortunately, when I bought my Harley, I got Blue Federal, so I didn't pick them, I got stuck with them. Called to set up my account and pay them. Was on hold for 2 hours and decided I had better things to do. Tried to read the instructions on how to set up an account and I'm pretty sure advanced trig is easier. Trig was, anyway - the process is so much harder than it has to be, I don't know what idiot designed their website or came up with their processes. So I tried to use the chat option because apparently they don't want to answer their phone. I was helped to set up the account through chat and was told it would take 1-2 days to verify my checking account. OK, in 2023 it should take that long, but whatever. So I wait the one day, two days, three days, 4 days, 5 days still no verification. So I called to see what the holdup is because I didn't want to get dinged for a late payment. After being on hold for more than an hour again, I saw and option to send them a message online. Waited one day, two days, three days, finally an answer from a robot or something that wrote back that my bank account # is wrong. No it's not. I've had it for 20 years, I know it by heart and in my sleep. I checked the account I entered again, and to no surprise, it was entered correctly. So I called back today because my grace period is going to run out. I finally get through to someone who helped me...kind of. I did get to pay them, but I'll have to call back again to set up the account. They waived the convenience fee of paying by bank card - how nice of them. Bottom line, if you have a choice, DO NOT do business with them, there are plenty of far better options. If you get stuck with them, start shopping right away for another financial institution that can buy your loan from them which is what I'm going to do. I will also be going to the dealership to advise them not to use BFCU.

These guys closed my account and took my remaining balance as an “inactivity fee”. No forewarning, no emails, calls, all I got was a snail mail letter telling me my account had been closed. Wouldn’t give me my money back, wasn’t a lot of money, but seems like a small sum of money to lose a customer over.Never seen behavior like this, not even from the big national banks that you might expect to get treated like a number at. To anyone looking, I’d stay away and find another financial institution. No loyalty and no customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I paid off a loan early and it took 5 phone calls to get the paperwork to get our pink slip. The 2nd loan is not going well either. Not sure why GForce uses them but we went with them again and starting making our payments online. Made 7 payment in 2022 and all of a sudden in 2023 they are charging $12.50 to make the payment online. Called customer service and she pretty much told me there is nothing she could do about it. That is their policy. Will take the hit on my credit to refinance with a real financial institution.

Well I definitely wish I had read reviews before choosing to bank here. Although I haven't had the worst experience I can say that their drive up ATM literally NEVER works for deposits. Extremely inconvenient considering it's one of the only locations nearby! And don't even think about using the video tellers because they won't even acknowledge that you are there waiting! Was going to open an account for my 17 year old but I think I'll go elsewhere!

Been banking here for over 3 years and now I'm afraid to even put a dollar on my account. There are more fees than anywhere else when I asked why I was charged a fee I was given no explanation. I then spoke with a manager who forced me to sign something again not telling me why. Update: I did want to update that I got my fees back, but it was thanks to a very helpful call center member, and not because of anyone working at this branch.

I was working with Leo to refinance my car loan at this location and it was one of the worst experiences I have had. I had an appointment scheduled the first time we met and somehow he was 15 minutes late. I was then told that I needed to send documentation and that it could be done via email. After sending the documents requested I did not hear from Leo for weeks. I tried calling and emailing; finally he responds the day before my payment is due asking for signatures. I sign the documents thinking everything is all set, only to login to my Blue account to see that my payment and interest amount has not changed. This process has been long and exhausting (my initial appointment was on July 5th, it is now October, and I still have not seen the changes happen). I am now going to another lender to refinance. 0/10 experience with Blue.
