Beware of Blue's new mobile app. After the first sign up i tried to move $120. It transferred the entire amount out of my regular checking account in error(around $4000). Blue transferred more money then the entire amount of the loan. This caused my bank account to be overdrawn and my mortgage payment to be at risk. I was then directed to go to the branch to pick up a check to fix the situation. When I arrived the Flannel wearing branch "manager" then informed me I was out of luck and my mortgage would be at risk of bouncing and he could not help at all. The manager insinuated that it was me who transferred more then my entire loan was worth into the account. Needless to say as soon as this loan is paid off I will never use any of Blue's services again. I followed the instructions given by Blue employees all along the way including instructions to visit the branch. So now I get to spend the holiday weekend worry about my mortgage payment. Thanks Blue, I hope my credit rating does not get destroyed.

They've removed the drive through access. I'm an assistant and deposit checks so now have to park and go in. They have done this at all locations.

Luis Salas told me when I applied for a balance transfer card that I should cut up my credit cards. Then sent me a letter for a loan denial & hurt my credit score extremely! I've tried reaching out to the 136th & Huron branch many times ro inquire about a CD never once received a call back! Voice mail every time I call. Highly disappointed because I've recommended over 4 family members & co workers The other branches I hear are nothing like this one. I keeping my hopes up for now switching branches

I have been a customer for approximately 12 years. It was the first credit union that I received a loan on a vehicle since 1975. These people threw time dealing with the tellers show respect and listen. I would recommend them for vehicle loan. Good rates and willing to help. Thank you John Schneider

I've been with the same credit union since my first job so 24 years and counting. There's definitely a reason for that. The tellers are always polite, quick and thorough. And the other employees I've had business with are as well.

I was a longtime member of blue, before it was even Blue, a member of almost 20 years. I have to say since they got bought out, service has been awful. My whole family banks here but not anymore. There have been multiple instances where customer service has been awful and we had ongoing issues with our accounts. The worst encounter was a teller asking my mom if she needed a translator because she has an accent.I’m beyond disappointed with this credit union which is why we took our business elsewhere. When we closed our accounts the person didn’t even care enough to ask us why or get our feedback. Safe to say we will never bank here again.

I’ve been a member of BFCU for years and I’ve always had an amazing experience with them.A few weeks ago I had a scam happen to me. I called Blues support line right away and was told by two different reps that since the charges were still pending there was nothing they could do and to call back once the charges were approved. After five days, the charges went through and I called Blues support line like instructed by the two reps I spoke with. I was told by THIS rep that since the charges were now approved there was nothing they could do to dispute the charges, but the charges could of been disputed had they still been in a pending state. I was very upset that I spoke to TWO different people and they both failed me. All I was told was he was sorry they didn’t know what they were doing and he would try and dispute the charges. I was contacted by Blues fraud department and explained the whole situation and was told that since I authorized these charges they couldn’t dispute the charges but could help with $30 here and there. The scam was for over $1000. Isn’t every scam an authorized charge since you’re unaware you’re getting scammed?Throughout all this, Blue suggested cancelling my debit card (even though the scammer had none of my debit card information) and it’s now been over two weeks without having my new debit card.I am beyond disappointed with the customer service I’ve received and how Blue has handled this entire situation. Had their representatives been trained better I wouldn’t be out $1000 and this all could of been resolved weeks ago. I’m currently searching for a new Union because of this situation after being with them for years.I would highly recommend finding another Union that won’t let you down so horribly.

Very hard to contact and get a return call or email a few staff not so friendly at the Broomfield site I'm taking my money somewhere else!!!
