Callibur Collision did such an amazing job on my car! From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and honestly just a breath of fresh air during a stressful situation. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new—freshly waxed, detailed, and shining like it had been waiting on a red carpet.
They made me feel like an absolute queen driving away. 👑✨

A very good experience getting my vehicle repaired and returned in a timely manner. Repair was done very well; text message updates all during the process. Rental provided and picked me up to get the loan car. Staff at Caliber put me at ease during check-in; great atmosphere.

I got hit by a car over the summer while driving for Uber. Their insurance covered the cost of the repairs minus a huge deductible which I was fine with honestly. Caliber did a great job on the body work on my car but they use an external location or contract with another mechanic. Cause I guess they don't have one on site??? Everyone was really kind. But they did a terrible job and after reflecting for a month I'm pretty upset. My vehicle needed the suspension replaced which they did. But it then started causing some extreme rattling near the left wheel well area. They told me it was the bearings that are apart of the suspension was the problem. Anyways I brought it into the shop again and they replaced them and insurance covered it which is great. But it definitely did not fix the problem in any way. I'm still having the problem with my car that was definitely caused by the accident and or the repairs. I called the insurance company and adjuster twice both times leaving a polite msg and the insurance company and the adjuster have completely ghosted me. Soooo I am extremely disappointed. The staff at this mechanic seemed very young mostly in there 20's or 30's and possible lack experience but that is just my observation because I don't know. But yeah. Super disappointed. I still have problems I have to deal with and the timing is shit. I needed all of this to be taken care of so I can focus on college and working full-time.

I came in to get new struts and to repair leak from my car and the service here was very helpful. Angela did a great job communicating details of the repair with me and handled the situation at hand without hesitation. Wyatt was also very quick and thorough with his work and I would definitely come back again!

I strongly advise against using Caliber Collision. I believe they took advantage of my son, and I was misled by the service advisor regarding the repairs on his truck. Be aware that once you sign the contract, your fate is in their hands.

The care and service I received from the Caliber Team was exceptional. Angela at the Broomfield office went above and beyond to make sure was vehicle was perfect. I also want to recognize Dan McCool (apologies if I misspelled) for doing an amazing repair job on my windshield. The crack that was there is now practically invisible. Thank you Caliber!

I would highly recommend caliber collision, they did great work with the repairs, updated every day and actually got the car done 2 days early.It was cleaned up really nice. Looks brand new.
