CRCG takes excellent care of my dog and has led her through two successful recoveries after surgery. There are some variances in the quality of care between different staff members and front of house staff. Some are very friendly, and others are a bit antisocial and unfriendly, but most of them are really nice and that's typically how every business is. I have sent several people CRCG's way because I have personally seen their outcomes. I do wish they didn't allow aggressive animals, though. There seems to always be an aggressive german shepherd or pit mix when we go in. However, the staff ensure the dogs are kept separate and try to use towels to block the vision of the aggressive animal. All animals deserve care and treatment, but if I'm spending thousands of dollars, I would prefer to take my dog to a place that doesn't allow aggression at all. That's the only feedback I would have. There are a number of talented, caring people here. I don't know what I would do without CRCG - they have created a quality of life my dog would not otherwise have had access to, and for that I am extremely grateful. The owner certainly needs to ask questions and listen to the therapists. Dog rehabilitation requires at home care too, and the owners need to be involved as much as possible.

My dog has been going to CRCG since he had an FHO at the age of one. He's now 5 and with consistent care has great mobility. The therapists know their specialty and use many different modalities. There is a constant flow of patients which shows me how confident people are of their expertise. I'm so glad it's close to my home so that I can support the wellbeing and life enjoyment of my little bosses. Ruff ruff.

We found CRCG late 90s, they provided us with one-on-one care. Due to our overall experience, as long, as they retain caring, adequately and trained veterinary staff, we shall continue to return here. Their clinic offers a variety of conditioning and/rehabilitation options. One of our pup(s), cut his paw, on the metal that used for landscaping and went through entire rehabilitation there. Another pup(s) was geriatric; he was in great condition for his age, except I became sedentary and laying in bed with me at his age; he loss strength to use of his back legs, CRCG offers various treatment(s). In the late 90s we found, will continue and return, for any rehabilitation (includes laser therapy, massage, (recall name?) "hydrotherapy," etc., off workouts workshops, training and/or rehabilitation, with our multiple pups and I am grateful for your staff's help, assistance & guidance. Thank you, we are grateful & appreciate

I will be the first to admit I thought this was going to be a terrible, slimy experience….but I was wrong! They are they friendliest staff and know so much about canine rehab. My pup has been going for 9 months…the first few months for rehab and to get her back into good health. The last several months to keep up the progress. They do not push you into coming or how many times a month you should be there, and they understand it’s an unexpected expense. However, if your dog is in chronic pain (i.e., hip dysplasia, spinal issues, joint pain, etc.) it is absolutely worth budgeting for. Cannot recommend them enough.

I previously gave this facility a 5 star review. Since then, I have gone back twice. The first, I went back for an open swim because that is what I was told was the next step. There were no other dogs at this open swim so an employee offered to get in with my dog and I agreed. The employee and I both saw how motivated my dog was to see other dogs, so we agreed I should call ahead and make sure there are other dogs so she would be more comfortable. This brings us to our second time. I called and was informed that there were a few other dogs , so I decided to come in. I checked in, and we were in the pool area for probably 15-20 minutes before an employee asked us to leave in front of everybody. I was told my dog was not allowed to do open swims yet. I am not upset at anyone in particular but obviously something needs to change. Either we weren’t allowed to do open swims and nobody told me (I didn’t even know that was a thing!!) or nobody changed my dogs notes and I was humiliated for no reason. Either way I’m dissatisfied and upset especially because of how expensive and how much money I have spent here. Im glad my dog had fun though! Because we won’t be coming back (not sure that we’re welcomed back, but I know no one would tell me anyway).Edit: The owner herself called and we had a chat. She explained what went wrong and some expectations they have at the facility. All of it made perfect sense to me, however, this was my first time hearing any of that. The two employees I have spoke with in the last two weeks never mentioned any of that. Nor does it say that on their website. All of this leads back to the communication issues they have in their facility. Again the owner was very kind and agreed the employee who asked us to leave was in the wrong, and offered to personally work with my dog. While it was very generous, sometimes coupons and vouchers can’t fix everything. I am so glad other people have had amazing experiences, but this is a mistake I would imagine will happen a lot unless they train or hire employees who know how to handle customer service, and clean up their organization process.

The entire staff here is fantastic. They are very communicative, quick to respond to questions, attentive and great with us and our dog. Couldn’t be any happier and would highly recommend.

My dogs love swimming there! Facility is always nice and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices have returned to a reasonable, acceptable level after their ridiculous Covid hike, so we're glad we will be able to make this a regular activity again.

This was my anxious golden’s first time swimming and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and confident! I was shocked at the end of our first swim that my golden was starting to swim on his own and didn’t want to leave! Will be bringing Casper back every week!

We have been taking our German Shepherd to CRCG on the recommendation of our Vet, following her ACL surgery. The entire staff is knowledgeable, organized and welcoming. Dr. Lisa and Dr. Syd have been great with examining our dog, explaining things to us and making recommendations for therapy, as well as instructing us in therapy techniques to do at home. The veterinary techs have been well trained, patient and effective. All have been amazing in dealing with our very anxious dog.*As with most high quality things, it comes with a price.

I have been taking my elderly husky here for over 2 years now. They help with pain management for her arthritis. They've also helped my dogs recover from a knee surgery and hip replacement. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they truly care about your furbaby.

Public Pool review:We LOVED this place. My dog is a huge swimmer and this was the best place to exercise her. However, after recent events I can no longer support this company. They have failed me and my sweet loving dog. My dog was viciously attacked by another dog completely unprovoked at the pool a few weeks back and not only did CCRG not apologize for anything but they continuously defended the other dog. We had to go to several vet visits for X-rays to make sure my dog was okay and I had to go to urgent care because I was bit as well. They take zero responsibility for anything, didn’t write an incident report and then they say my dog can’t be in the public pool area anymore and must switch to reservation only bc she’s too “excited” and can provoke other dogs. Sound like victim blaming? This whole business should be ashamed especially Kendra, Lori, and Carrie. BE VERY AWARE they allow aggressive animals into the pool without proper orientation. It absolutely baffles me with the lack of empathy I have received from people who work with dogs! They will only continue to defend bad behavior. Shame on CCRG. If you’re new and wanting to swim your beloved pup, think twice!!!! Instead, Find a nice lake nearby and then hit up Urbann Dog next door to use their self wash bath. those people are amazing and very kind.Edit since Lori the owner responded: She reached out to me telling me that we’d need to be transitioned over and then when I asked for further explanation she sent someone else to call me. My dog was not showing excitement or being loud when she was attacked. She didn’t even have a chance to show excitement. She was attacked for simply being present and at the gate of the pool. I was told immediately after the attack happened that the manager was currently reviewing the footage and then when I asked for the footage, I was then told there was no footage. No apology from CCRG has been made for my sweet dog being viciously attacked.

After doing research on ACL injury's for small dogs I decided to go against the recommendation of my vet and not do surgery. With the help of Canine Rehabilitation we were able to get my small dog back to pre injury condition. Thank you for the help and support. This was the best option for us. Everyone was kind and my dog had fun working out for treats.

The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. I've never felt rushed at my PT appointments and the therapists know their stuff. I absolutely love the client portal, it shows exercises to do at home as well as video instructions. I called around to price different facilities, CRCG was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I can't wait to finish out program and see my boy completely better!

I absolutely love the client portal, it shows exercises to do at home as well as video instructions. I called around to price different facilities, CRCG was not the cheapest and not the most expensive, they were priced just right and were completely transparent about their pricing from the first call.
