I requested an oil change and Dustin was extremely helpful in accommodating me. Upon arrival, Dustin warmly greeted me and went over all the necessary details, including reviewing my service records and ensuring that I had all the information I needed for future visits.

Nick was more than nice and helpful. Don’t know if I would have used them but I noticed 2 of the 3 vending machines in the waiting room were out of order and there was no hand soap in the dispenser in the restroom. I’m not going to pretend that I was satisfied with the price but I also know what I was getting in to going to a dealership. I was appreciative of the free inspection though.

The guys were great, the only issue was my vehicle was a mess when I got it back. There was the floor and seat covers on still but yet there was dirt and shavings of some sort all over the driver side. With how clean my vehicle was I was just surprised it was acceptable to return to the customer in this manner.

First, the gal we worked with was great (Samantha if I remember correctly). The rest of the experience, not so great. Started to have issues with this location in the past couple of years. Scheduling and communication are lacking. Anyways, we took in our car in when the alert came on that we needed our timing belt change. Communication was lacking about when/if the car was ready to pick up. They also had issues arranging rides with uber. Finally, I got notified it was ready and finally got a ride. Showed up at the dealership and started to pull away when I realized that not only was the timing belt alert still present on the dash but the check engine light was on now too. Turned around in the parking lot and let them know. Was told they didn't know why those alerts were still on "because the manager checked it." Also, was told that no one was available to look at/reset the alerts. So had to leave the car there and take the 40 min drive home. Next day, was told it was ready. Issues again getting a ride from them so had to find a ride. Got to chevy and got in the car and the check engine light was gone, but the timing belt alert was STILL on the dash. I really hope they actually did the work of changing the timing belt at this point. Got out of the car and told them and was told again "not sure, the manager checked it." So infuriating. We had a weekend drive/trip planned, so I just took the car and left since they clearly weren't going to take the time to reset the alert. We plan to just reset the alert/dash ourselves. We have been going here for years but won't be coming back anymore. Too many issues.

While dropping the vehicle off, I was told there was a deal for rentals through Hertz since no rentals were available through Fowler. After picking up my vehicle, I was informed this was for warranty service only. This would have been useful to know up-front.I had to call to determine whether the work on my vehicle was started and finished. After checking, I was told it would be done Thursday evening. Something came up and it was not ready - things happen. The next morning I was texted that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. It was not.All necessary corrections were made to my vehicle. However, between communication and wasted time, I cannot recommend Fowler.

We bought our new vehicle two years ago and haven't had any problems. Unfortunately, we had a warning message pop up in the past week or so. So we brought it to the dealership to get checked. Dustin was very helpful and went above and beyond.

This review is directed toward the service department, and I would rate them zero stars if I could. I had an amazing experience with the sales team when I bought my vehicle here, so I didn't hesitate to schedule a service appointment at this location when all of my sunroof buttons stopped working because I assumed the service department was as easy to work with as the sales team. Yikes, was I wrong.I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be done in a couple days. My service advisor, Marcus, gave me his phone number and told me to call or text any time with questions about my vehicle. When I still hadn't heard from the dealership on Wednesday, I sent my advisor a text. No response, so I called the service desk and learned that my car hadn't even been looked at yet. When I asked why, they said they are dealing with workers on strike (fine, but you couldn't have told me that when I dropped my car off so I had a realistic expectation of when my car would be finished?). I asked if I could have my vehicle back until it was actually going to be looked at and they said no, it physically needs to be in the queue in order to hold my place in line. I texted my advisor for an update on Thursday and again, never got a response. I finally ended up going in on Friday afternoon (they STILL had not even looked at my car!!!) and just picking up my car to take it somewhere else that guaranteed they would actually diagnose my car on the day I brought it in (thank you, Stevinson Chevy!). I work two jobs (one in Denver and one in Broomfield, so I commute a lot) and this dealership doesn't offer loaner vehicles, so I had to rely on my dad to chauffer me around for the entire week, and it was incredibly inconvenient-- ESPECIALLY since my car literally sat at the lot for the entire week without even getting diagnosed. If your car is acting up, DO NOT take it here unless you can afford to sit at home with no vehicle for two weeks. This experience totally ruined my view of Fowler, and I won't be back for any reason in the future.

They did an inspection on my vehicle when I went in for an oil change and listed everything that was in good condition, needed attention soon due to mileage, and work needed asap. They included pictures of the vehicle for what needed work as well so you can see it yourself without having to physically get under the car/hood. I had suggested work done recently and they made it easy setting up an appointment & getting me a Lyft home & back for pickup, as well as going over the financial portion in detail.I’ve had my fair share of dealerships and mechanics with previous vehicles which ended terrible. I was hesitant to go anywhere with my new vehicle but figured I’d shoot my shot and needed to regardless. I’m glad I did, and I’ll continue using Fowler Chevrolet for my future maintenance/repairs.

Working with Andrea is a treat. She is responsive, helpful, and very kind. This is our second time buying through her and hopefully not the last. The dealership as a whole is also excellent.

Decent service, but terrible management. My vehicle was damaged inside their fenced service lot while getting an oil change. When I picked it up, one of the department managers said they would be contacting me about it, but they never did. I even called and left messages with that manager and the general manager, but I’ve been completely ghosted.I ended up going through my insurance and paid the deductible for damages that happened on their property by one of their vehicles. They have no accountability and lack the decency to even call me back.

I'm surprised they are still in business with their Mickey Mouse car lot with beat up cars & Mickey Mouse mechanics who barely know their head from their butt. Their service is absolutely garbage & their mechanics are a freakin joke who probably got their certificate from a Cracker Jack box! Steer clear of these jokers!!

I took my vehicle in as I had an issue with my truck losing power. My normal dealership/repair center could not get me in for almost 3 weeks and referred them. After paying $170 for a diagnostic, they could not tell me anything as to what happened with my vehicle just saying everything looked fine on their end. The tech pressed me almost immediately to purchase new tires, at almost $1000, which I knew I needed, but declined as i was still waiting to figure out why my truck lost power in the first place. As I told him, let's make sure the truck is even going to be drivable first!!! I had them do an oil change on the truck and after they informed me that they could find "nothing wrong" - I was told that I desperately needed to replace my battery. The tech advised me they could replace the battery for $230. I declined, paid for the "service" I received, and picked up my vehicle. I immediately took my vehicle to a battery shop my family routinely does business with and they tested the battery and he informs me that my battery was in perfect condition!!! That there was absolutely nothing wrong with my battery!!! This place is a scam!! I honestly didn't expect such despicable and shady practices from a dealership repair center!! As a woman, I felt like i was just looked at as an easy target after the shady recommendations. I am also going to file with the BBB after this. Quite disheartening!!!

I had my car serviced here for a recall, and worked with Horace in the service department. This was a GREAT experience. They're very professional and communicative, and they did great work on my car. I'd happily come back and work with Horace again for future work!

I texted this same message to the GM after they asked for my feedback (over text) of the service- and I still didn't hear anything back:Hi Nick. I gave a 1 star rating, because the service time I was quoted was 1 hour and it ended up taking almost 3 hours, so I was very late to pick up my daughter from daycare. I made an appointment for 1:30 and was there about 10 minutes early. When checked in, my service guy told me I needed these other services and I specifically asked what time I would be done and he said 2:30. So I went ahead with the other services. After 2 hours of waiting in the lobby and hearing nothing from my service guy, I went to go check in with him and he went to check in with the technician and came back out and told me another 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes go by, I went into the service area to wait for my car, because it was after 4pm and I needed to pick up my daughter at 4. I didn't leave until 4:10.Also, the report the service guy gave me told me I needed some urgent services done and he didn't go over any of the things I needed done before I left. I know I was in a rush, but a follow up call about the 'urgent items' could have been made. I got a auto generated email reminding me about the 'urgent items', and even after I texted this feedback back to the GM, did I receive a follow up call or anything? Good customer service, huh?
